Effect Of Suo Gong Qing Yu Fang On Uterine Hemodynamics In Patients With Uterine Cavity Residual After Medical Abortion And Its Clinical Effect

Objective:By studying the effects of Suo Gong Qing Yu Fang on the uterine hemodynamics in patients with Uterine cavity residual after medical abortion and its clinical curative effect,Provides basis for clinical application of the treatment.Methods:Sixty patients meeting the inclusion criteria were randomly assigned to two groups,30 in each of the experimental and control groups.Experimental group to Suo Gong Qing Yu Fang,the control group to Xuefuzhuyu capsule.The changes of uterine artery and helical artery hemodynamics,Peak Systolic Velocity(PSV)?End Diastolic Volume(EDV)?Resistance Index(RI)?Pulse Index(PI),Uterine cavity residue excretion,Vaginal bleeding while taking this medicine,uterine diameter and changes,urine HCG negative rate,The Qing surgery rate,Blood clotting four,hemoglobin,platelets,the first menstrual resurgence situation,the data were statistically analyzed,compared the difference between the two groups.Results:After statistical analysis,the two groups of patients before treatment in terms of age,maternal history,uterine diameter,the size of the uterine residue,uterine position,urinary HCG were no statistics Learning difference(P>0.05),comparable.The PSV of uterine artery increased in both groups(P<0.05),and the increase of PSV in uterine artery of experimental group was higher than that of control group(P<0.01).Both groups could increase the RI of uterine artery(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups before and after EDV and PI treatment(P>0.05).The PSV and EDV of the spiral arteries were decreased in both groups(P<0.05),and the decrease of PSV and EDV in the experimental group was greater than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was significant difference of the experimental group between before and after treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference of the control group between before and after treatment of RI and PI(P>0.05).There was a significant difference in RI and PI between the two groups after treatment(P<0.01).Clinical efficacy,the experimental group for the treatment of Uterine cavity residual efficacy than the control group(P<0.05),the two groups of patients with hemoglobin after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),coagulation,platelet before and after treatment was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Suo Gong Qing Yu Fang can effectively improve the uterine hemodynamic parameters,shorten the time of discharge of uterine residue after medical abortion,improve uterine residue removal rate,reduce the time of vaginal bleeding and vaginal bleeding during treatment,promote uterine involution and improve urine HCG negative rate,reduce the Qing surgery rate,safe,simple,effective,suitable for clinical applications.
