The legendary work of Zhang Zhongjing is "Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases" in 16 volumes, but the earliest record in the catalogue of historical chronicles is "Zhang Zhongjing Fang" in 15 volumes.Zhang Zhongjing's works were written in the late Eastern Han Dynasty. They were continuously separated and adapted in the process of spreading. They have been divided into a variety of scriptures, leaving different records in the catalogue.Until the Northern Song Dynasty Correction Medical Book Bureau completed the "Treatise on Febrile Diseases","Golden Chamber Jade Letters" and "Golden Chamber Synopsis",the official version of Zhongjing's medical books had ended, ending the divergence of the biography. There have been comparatively systematic researches and relatively fruitful results in the history of the spread of Zhang Zhongjing and his works, but there are still some remaining points. From the perspective of Zhongjing's theory of exogenous disease and miscellaneous diseases, relying on the "Chinese Medical Dictionary v5.0" database and related rare books of traditional Chinese medicine,9 types(classes)related to Zhang Zhongjing's prescriptions before the establishment of the Northern Song Dynasty Correction Medical Book Bureau The medical books are sorted out and verified again,in order to supplement the research on the spread and distribution of Zhang Zhongjing's prescriptions. The medical books examined in this topic include "Pulse Jing","Small Pin Formula","Fu Xing Jue Zangfu Medicine Methodology" and "Dunhuang Fragments" "Theories on the Sources of Various Diseases","Qianjin Yaofang","Qianjinyifang","Waitai Miyao" and "Taiping Shenghui Fang".Data sorting:The data involved in this topic comes from the "Chinese Medical Dictionary v5.0" database and related rare books of Chinese medicine. The database is searched through keywords and the corresponding rare books are manually reviewed, and the summary data is extracted.Data processing: use traditional bibliography, edition, philology and statistics to analyze and research data. The first chapter briefly introduces Zhang Zhongjing's name, hometown, years of birth and death, relationship between teachers and successors, medical deeds, official to prefect and medical sage, etc.;the second chapter briefly introduces the general situation of the existing rare medical books of Zhang Zhongjing, referring to Zhao's version of "Shanghan " : non-North Song small script,"Treatise on Febrile Diseases" and "Fang Zheng Tong Tiao" style are not in Song Chen reform,Deng Zhen's and Wu Qian's "Golden Chamber Synopsis" pros and cons were discussed;the third chapter briefly introduces the spread and separation of "Zhang Zhongjing Fang",discussing authenticity of the original preface of "Treatise on Febrile Diseases".The fourth chapter examines Wang Shuhe's collation of the fifteen volumes of "Zhang Zhongjing Fang" and the relationship between "Maiden" and "Zhang Zhongjing Fang".Volume 7 of the "Pulse Jing" quoted the contents of Zhongjing's exogenous disease, volume 8 and volume 9 quoted the contents of Zhongjing's miscellaneous diseases and women's diseases, and preserved a large amount of Zhongjing's prescriptions, reflecting the original structure of Zhang Zhongjing's prescriptions. The structure of " exogenous disease(optional)+ miscellaneous disease part + women's disease part".The fifth chapter examines the bibliographic significance of the fragments of Xiaopinfang and the relationship between Xiaopinfang and Zhang Zhongjingfang."Small Pinfang" confirms that "Zhang Zhongjingfang" has been separated into nine volumes of "Zhang Zhongjing's Differentiation of Febrile Prescriptions" and eight volumes of "Zhang Zhongjing Miscellaneous Prescriptions" during the Southern and Northern Dynasties, and reflects the book title and number of volumes and the content changes dynamically in the spread of Zhongjing's prescriptions.About 50% of the 27 pieces of "Essential Prescriptions" are related to Zhongjing's prescriptions. It is speculated that 6 of them are from "Zhang Zhongjing's Miscellaneous Prescriptions" and7 of them were modifications from Zhang Zhongjing's prescriptions, reflecting the significant influence of Zhongjing's medical prescriptions during the Northern and Southern Dynasties.Pay attention to the fact that there have been additions, subtractions and modifications to Zhongjing's prescriptions, which have expanded the scope of the prescriptions and enhanced their efficacy. The sixth chapter examines the relationship between "Fu Xing Jue Tibetan Mansion Medicine Methodology" and "Zhang Zhongjing Prescription"."Fuxing Jue" provides a clue basis for investigating the spread of "Tang Ye Jing Fa",reflecting that the science of formulae has basically matured in the Western Han Dynasty, and it is the true "ancestor of prescriptions";it confirms Zhang Zhongjing's comments on "Tang Ye Jing" and "Zhang Zhongjing Fang" do have evidence."Fuxing Jue" contains 56 prescriptions, and 13 of the prescriptions retrieved from "Tangye Jingfa" are related to "Zhang Zhongjing Fang".The difference in the names of the prescription reflects the reform of Zhongjing, avoiding Taoism to rename the prescription. The addition and subtraction of "Zhongjing prescriptions" reflects Zhongjing's Syndrome differentiation in diagnosis and treatment, and has made a good demonstration of the use of prescriptions for future generations; There are 9 and 3 prescriptions respectively are related to Zhongjing prescriptions in 39 prescriptions of“Wuzang buxie” and 4 prescriptions Retrievaled by Zhang Dachang. They were modified or quoted from Zhong Jing Fang,or added and subtracted from Zhong Jing Fang, reflecting the profound influence of Zhong Jing Fang in the Southern and Northern Dynasties. The seventh chapter examines the relationship between the Dunhuang fragments and Zhang Zhongjingfang.Dunhuang fragments S.202 and P.3287 are related to Zhongjing's exogenous disease.S.202 belongs to the ancient biography system of the "Golden Chamber Jade Letters".The content is "The Method of Distinguishing the Pulse".P.3287 includes "Shanghan Cases" and "The content of the Method of Distinguishing the pulse, both of which can prove that the Method of Distinguishing the pulses has a long history, and it has been copied before Chen in the Southern Dynasty;P.3287 combined contents of"Qianjin Yaofang" and "Waitai Secret Yao" to show that it was in the Sui and Tang Dynasties, there were two kinds of opinions about the author of " exogenous disease Cases".Fragments S.079,P.2565 and P.3596 are related to Zhongjing's Miscellaneous Diseases, reflecting the changes in the text of Zhongjing's Miscellaneous Diseases during the transmission and copying, and the characteristics of citing Zhongjing's prescriptions in the Tang Dynasty. The eighth chapter examines Zhang Zhongjing's prescriptions quoted in "Theories of Disease Origin and Hou".The quotation in "The Sources of Diseases" is likely to be the fragments of the 15-volume version of "Zhang Zhongjing Fang".The book either directly quotes Zhongjing's prescriptions,or absorbed the massages into own opinions. There are 90 yin and three yang provisions and 58 from Zhongjing miscellaneous diseases."Theories of Disease Sources and Phenomenon" is another method of collating Zhongjing's prescriptions after Wang Shuhe. On the basis of Zhongjing,Chao's further detailed the etiology, pathogenesis and syndromes of the disease, which is a good idea for traditional Chinese medicine and has made outstanding contributions to its development. The ninth chapter examines the relationship between Qianjin Yaofang,Qianjinyifang and Zhang Zhongjingfang."Qianjin Yaofang" is an indispensable documentary material for investigating the original preface of "Treatise on Febrile Diseases" and the "General Cases of Syndrome and Treatment";zhongjing's prescriptions quoted in Qianjin Yaofang are brief in exogenous disease and detailed in miscellaneous diseases. It is speculated that the original version is similar to the three-volume “Jingui Yuhan Yaolufang”discovered by Wang Zhu in the Northern Song Dynasty."Qianjinyifang" quoted Zhongjing's prescriptions for exogenous disease in detail and slightly less than miscellaneous diseases. The contents of Zhongjing's typhoid syndrome included in volume 9 and 10 are basically the entire "Treatise on Febrile Diseases".The adaptation has had a profound impact on the development of late generations of exogenous disease;"Qianjinyifang" contains 15 articles on Zhongjing's miscellaneous diseases,22 pieces of the prescription and 5 pieces of the attached prescription,14 pieces of the addition and subtraction of the prescription of Zhongjing's prescription and 8 different prescriptions with same sames. The tenth chapter examines the relationship between "Waitai Secret Yaofang" and "Zhang Zhongjingfang".The Zhongjing prescriptions quoted in "Waitai Miyao" are divided into direct and indirect quotes. The directly quoted Zhongjing prescriptions are derived from the "Zhongjing Treatise on Febrile Diseases",which has at least 18 volumes. It is an official medical textbook revised by the Tang Imperial Medical Bureau to recombine Zhongjing's exogenous disease and miscellaneous diseases into one.The indirect references of Zhongjing's prescriptions are derived from 21 medical prescriptions, with Zhongjing's prescriptions being quoted as much, but with few quotations,of treatment principles and there are quotations or multiple quotations, reflecting the characteristics of the quotation of Zhongjing before Tang and Tang and reflecting that the name of Zhongjing Medical Sage has not yet been established. The eleventh chapter examines the relationship between "Tai Ping Sheng Hui Fang" compiled in the Northern Song Dynasty and "Zhang Zhong Jing Fang".Volume 8 of "Tai Ping Sheng Hui Fang" refers to one of the ancient biography of "Treatise on Febrile Diseases",which provides clues for investigating the transformation of the concept of three yin and three yang in "Treatise on Febrile Diseases";"Tai Ping Sheng Hui Fang" quoted Zhong Jing's miscellaneous diseases with less content, reflecting the destruction of culture during the Five Dynasties and Ten Kingdoms period and the insufficient collection of official books in the early Northern Song Dynasty.By sorting out the relevant literature and materials of Zhongjing before and after the Song Dynasty,it can be seen that although "Zhang Zhongjingfang"was separated into multiple biography in the process of spreading, the existing"Treatise on Febrile Diseases","Golden Chamber Jade Letters" and " The Synopsis of the Golden Chamber basically preserves the main content of "Zhang Zhongjingfang" and reflects the strong vitality of "Zhang Zhongjingfang".In the change of the times,Zhongjing's prescriptions have been recognized by the doctors of the past dynasties, and through different methods of copying and editing the impact has been widespread so far.The 9 kinds of documents related to Zhongjing's prescriptions reviewed above are of great significance for the textual research and supplementation of Zhongjing's prescriptions. This article discusses the authenticity of the original preface of "Treatise on Febrile Diseases" and the style of "Fangzhengtongtiao" in "Treatise on Febrile Diseases".And the "Zhongjing Treatise on Febrile Diseases" quoted in "Waitai Secret Yao" puts forward new views on many issues such as the revision of the Tang Tai Medical Department. In addition, the contents related to Zhongjing's prescriptions in the aforementioned medical books are compiled as an appendix for preparation See reference.
