ObjectiveCompare Erjian blood-letting、shallow needing with shallow needing in curing the efficacy of acute peripheral facial paralysis, in order to find the best time for peripheral facial paralysis and improve recovery rate, offering reliable basis for curing peripheral facial paralysis in clinicMethod60cases fit the inclusion standard were randomly partition two groups, acute stage(within seven days of the process of disease):treatment group used shallow needing、Erjian blood-letting, control group used shallow needing; after acute stage (from the8th day of the course disease):two groups both with electroacupuncture combined flash cupping. Patients accept the test On H-B classification H-B subscale and FDI subscale previously therapyn the8th day of the course disease and after the course of treatment respectively. According to the change of the improvement of facial nerve function the relevant physical disability and the social psychology before and after treatment, we estimate the effect. After the information was gathered, it would be dissected by SPSS16.0.Results1. intra-group comparison:in the8th day of the course disease, contrast before treatment, treatment group and control group have significant variation (P<0.05) on H-B subscale and the physical function of FDI subscale, but they have no statistic significance on H-B classification and social function of FDI subscale; after therapy, both groups have significant variation (P<0.05)comparing to before treatment on H-B classification H-B subscale and FDI subscale, pointing:in the eighth day of the course disease, the two groups improve the facial sign and the sensation facial function of the acute Peripheral Facial Paralysis, but have no difference on H-B classification and social psychology; after the therapy, both groups can improve not only the facial sign and physical function of FDI subscale, but also the H-B classification、social function of FDI subscale。2. comparison between groups:in the8th day of the course disease, contrast control group, treatment group has significant variation (P<0.05) on H-B subscale and the physical function of FDI subscale, but it has no statistic significance on H-B classification and social function of FDI subscale (P>0.05); after the therapy, contrast control group, treatment group has significant variation (P<0.05) on H-B classification, H-B subscale and FDI subscale。Pointing:in the8th day of the course disease, treatment group can better improve the facial sign and physical function of FDI subscale than control group (P<0.05), but the two groups have no difference on H-B classification and social function of FDI subscale (P<0.05)。 after the therapy, no matter improving the facial sign、the sense of facial function or improving H-B classification and social function of FDI subscale, treatment group is superior to control group。3. after the therapy, overall response rate point that the two groups have obviously difference (P<0.05), the overall response rate of treatment group (90%) is obviously overtop than control group (70%), suggesting:the overall curative effect of treatment group is higher than control groupQConclusion:In curing the acute Peripheral Facial Paralysis, Erjian blood-letting、 shallow needing are better than shallow needing on H-B subscale and the physical function of FDI subscale, but the two groups have no difference on H-B classification and social function of FDI subscale, however, they have statistical significance after the course of treatment on H-B classification、 H-B subscale and FDI subscale。In addition, this therapy is or acute stage clinical peripheral facial palsy patients’optimal scheme。...
