ObjectiveThis study was to investigate the2D (two-dimensional) and3D (three-dimensional) ultrasonography feature of minor breast cancer, And evaluate the value of3D combined with2D ultrasound in the minor breast cancer diagnosis(diameter≤2cm)Methods109cases (diameterwere≤2cm) were prospectively analyzed with2D and3D Ultrasound. all lumps nature were confirmed by pathology. Observe and record the2D sonographic features of small breast cancer, including:morphology, aspect ratio, boundary, internal echo, microcalcifications, posterior echo, blood flow classification, and initial judgment of benign and malignant.3D ultrasound sonographic features of small breast cancer, including:astral sign, complete interface echo in the high definition, the flow grading judgment, and judgethed the benign or malignant, contrasted ultrasound results and pathology results. Analysted sonographic features of all cases. Accuracy of ctiteria of2D ultrasound and3D ultrasound in the differential diagnosis of small breast lessions was sensitivity、specificity、accuracy. The consistency between2D ultrasound、3D ultrasound and pathological diagnosis was judged by the value of Kappa.Statistical MethodsSPSS19.0statistical package was used in statistical analysis. Using chi-square test to analyse the2D and3D ultrasound sonographic features of all the small breast lessions. indicators diagnostic value of2D ultrasound alone and indicators diagnostic value of3D combined2D ultrasound as sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, consistency and pathological findings with the Kappa index ResultsThe pathological diagnosis showed that there were37cases are malignant and92cases were benign in the109cases of patients with small breast lessions. Compared with the gold standerd the pathological diagnosis, The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of2D ultrasound diagnosis were75.7%,77.8%,77.1%Between small breast cancer and begin lession; While the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of3D comblined2D ultrasound diagnosis were91.9%,93.1%,92.7%. The difference of the two kinds of methods in the diagnosis of small cancer and begin lession was significant (P<0.01)The consistency between2D ultrasound and gold standerd in identifying the small breast cancer and begin lessions was unremarkabl (Kappa=0.511). Whille the consistency between3D comblined2D ultrasound and gold standerd was remarkable (Kappa=0.838)ConclusionThe sensitivity, specificity, accuracy of2D comblined3D ultrasound diagnosis in small breast cancer are higher than2D ultrasound diagnosis alone; diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumor and a small two-dimensional ultrasound alone pathological diagnosis of general consistency, consistency and pathological diagnosis of benign and malignant diagnosis of three-dimensional ultrasound combined with two-dimensional ultrasound of small breast lumps are more favorable...
