Objective:To evaluate the clinical value of two-dimensional ultrasound images and color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods:Retrospective analysis of 128 cases of breast lesions two-dimensional ultrasound images, color and power Doppler examination results, and in all cases by surgery pathologically confirmed.Results:Through two-dimensional ultrasound images, color and power Doppler examination, most of the benign breast lumps' rate of diagnosis is 80.7%(46/57), the two-dimensional ultrasound findings are complete form, smooth edges, internal echo uniform, no hyperechoic halo, no cluster calcification, no posterior echoes attenuation, length/width<1. Most of the malignant breast lumps rate of diagnosis is 97.2%(69/71), and the two-dimensional ultrasound findings are irregular shape, non smooth edge, irregular internal echoes,3 cases had hyperechoic halo,35 cases had cluster calcification, 18 cases had posterior echoes attenuation, length/width>1. The color Doppler shows that the blood stream signal rich in malignant tumor, the malignant breast lumps areâ… -â…¢; The malignant breast lumps PSV,RI,PI higher than the benign breast lumps.Conclusions:Color Doppler ultrasonography in the detection of breast lumps high rate, using a two-dimensional ultrasonographic features with CDFI,PDI and axillary metastatic lymph nodes comprehensive judgement, can significantly improve the benign and malignant breast tumors in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis.
