ObjectiveBy observing the ultrasonographic characteristics of the breast tumors’ two-dimensional ultrasound, ARFI and three-dimensional ultrasound, and with the pathologic results as the gold standard, this paper was to discuss the diagnostic value of ARFI combined with three-dimensional ultrasound for breast tumors, in order to improve the ultrasonic diagnosis for the breast tumors, and provide more information for clinic.Methods78 cases of breast tumors were selected by the two-dimensional ultrasonic scan, and all of these cases accepted surgical treatment in Shenzhen Hospital of TCM. Before the surgical treatment,78 cases all had been examined by ARFI technology and three-dimensional imaging technology which respectively to observe the VTI, SWV and coronary section of breast tumors. With pathologic results as the gold standard, used SPSS19.0 statistical software to draw ROC curve by SWV in order to get the best diagnostic critical value. And with the standard that SWV higher than the diagnostic critical value in the same tumor and convergence sign in the three-dimensional ultrasound coronal plane, analysed the diagnostic sensitivity, specificy and accuracy of ARFI combined with three-dimensional ultrasound for the breast tumors.ResultsThere were total 78 breast tumors, of which 25 were malignant and 53 were benign. With the pathologic results as the gold standard, the SWV of the ROC curve was drawn, and the best critical value of ARFI diagnosis of benign and malignant is 3.26. With pathology as the gold standard, the diagnostic sensitivity, specificy and accuracy of SWV≥3.26 for breast tumors were 88%,87.8% and 88% respectively. The diagnostic sensitivity, specificy and accuracy for which breast tumors were benign or malignant of the convergence sign in the three-dimensional ultrasound coronal plane were 84%,88.4%,88.5%. With the standard that SWV≥3.26 and the convergence sign in the three-dimensional ultrasound coronal plane in the same tumors, the diagnostic sensitivity, specificy and accuracy of ARFI combined with three-dimensional ultrasound for the breast tumors were respectively for 80%,94.3%,89.7%.ConclusionARFI conbined with three-dimensional ultrasound can improve the diagnostic accuracy and specificy of breast cancer.
