The Comparative Study For The Evaluation Of Curative Effect Of Radial Head Fractures Of Mason Type Ⅲ Between Mini Plate Open Reduction Fixation And Radial Head Resection

Background The radial head fracture is a common clinical elbow fracture, the treatment of radial head fractures is numerous. Radial head fractures of Mason type because of bad the injury severity. The prognosis is widely concerned.Mainly through the first type of fracture and the extent of the injury be accurate diagnosis, and then to develop treatment method. For the different treatment methods, the treatment results are different, the phenomenon of complications are also different.Objective To study the clinical treatment of Mason III radial head fracture effect. Now there are two main treatment methods:mini plate and radial head resection treatment. This method is controversial. The curative effects were compared by the two methods. The treatment effect from the following aspects, such as before and after treatment of two methods of pain relief degree, the elbow bone setting and elbow joint function recovery, and the health economics to discuss advantages and disadvantages of the two methods. In addition, the treatment of Mason III has reference significance, fully reflects the clinical treatment effect and safety, in the selection of therapy provides a theoretical and practical basis for the people.Method first of all, this paper expounded Chinese traditional medicine analysis on fracture of radial head name, etiology and pathology, modern medicine for the understanding and treatment of radial head fractures. In the treatment of modern medicine, It has detailed discussion on the biomechanics. Secondly, from the practice of Qi Mason III radial head fractures in60cases, divided into mini plate group (A group) and radial head resection surgery group (B group), the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Score according to the postoperative VAS pain score, Broberg and Morrrey, regular X-ray index score of postoperative therapeutic effect, also includes the carrying angle and radial moving degree of proximal to explain two methods.Results the follow-up of A, B two groups of patients, access time in about12months, the degree of recovery of the two methods of postoperative pain and function evaluation. According to the results of the survey, fracture healing, healing time is about3months, delayed healing, radial head necrosis and bone nonunion phenomenon does not occur. According to VAS score, Broberg score and Morrrey pain, found in the A group recovered better at the elbow joint activities than in the B group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05)Conclusion When the bone collapses occur radial head fracture treatment, be careful of the radial head excision, as far as possible the use of mini plate internal fixation method, this method can retain the Mason III radial head. And it is good for the elbow joint function recovery, so as to better improve the patient’s activity level.
