Mason Ⅲ Type Mini-Plate For Treatment Of Adult Clinical Efficacy Analysis Of Radial Head Fractures

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of mini-plate Mason III radial head fractures.Method A retrospective analysis of the mini plate and Kirschner wire internal fixation for the treatment of radial head fractures of Mason typeⅢ in25cases, of which4were lost to follow-up, were successfully collected the clinical data of21patients, including operation data and curative effect after operation. There were13male,8female; age20-48years, average33years old. Had trauma history, which falls in12cases, falling injury in6, traffic accident in3;4cases were type Ⅲ. Injury to the operation time was3～8D, average4.8D. Through to the patient’s elbow, wrist joint pain, movement, X-ray findings and the elbow function score of.Results The follow-up period of6to24months, an average of20months According to Mayo elbow performance score, excellent efficacy of15cases; good four cases; in one case and poor in1case, the total fine rate was90.5%.Conclusion The group were Mason Ⅲ radial head fracture21cases, combined with Kirschner wire fixation through micro-plate, postoperative follow-up clinical obtain satisfactory elbow flexibility is retained MasonⅢ surgery radial head fractures, One way to reduce the radial head excision and prosthetic replacement, but fewer number of cases in this group were followed up for a short time, to be further observed.
