The Effect Of Arthroscopic Debridement Combined With Sodium Hyaluronate On Knee Joint Osteoarthritis

BackgroundKnee Joint Osteoarthritis is a sort of degenerative bone and joint disease that occurred in the elderly,Its pathogenesis is closely related to age,So it is also often referred to as senile arthritis or degenerative arthritis. The basic pathological process is the degeneration and necrosis of articular cartilage cells, because of the protection lost of articular cartilage surface,the subchondral bone sclerosis and eventually lead to the formation of osteophyte and bone cyst.As a most populous country, along with the arrival of an aging society, the population aged over60has more than100million, the future of China will be more KOA patients.ObjectiveTo explore the experience in the diagnosis and treatment of knee osteoarthritis, in order to improve the level of understanding of knee joint osteoarthritis and diagnosis and treatment, find the most reasonable and effective treatment.MethodSelect180cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis from February2012to September2013in the First Affiliated Hospital of XinXiang Medical University, the selected180patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into three groups, each60cases:group A,Group B, Group C.A11patients took Celebrex capsule for7days as the foundation treatment,200mg each time per day; and give these three groups of patients disease prevention missionary; Group Arsodium hyaluronate2ml was injection into knee joint cavity once per week, five times for a period of treatment; Group B:in the arthroscopic downlink joint clear operation; Group C:sodium hyaluronate2ml was injection into knee joint cavity after arthroscopic debridment,once a week, five times in a row.All joint puncture, Arthroscopic debridement were completed by the same group of doctors. With A, B, C three groups of patients before and after treatment, clinical symptoms and signs as observation index, to evaluate the effect of three methods of clinical treatment.ResultThree kinds of treatment for knee osteoarthritis have certain curative effect. Three groups of patients in the five weeks after treatment efficacy is roughly equal;after six months follow-up treatment,the group C among the three groups of patients has the highest treatment efficacy, group A and group B have equal curative effect.ConclusionArthroscopic debridement and sodium hyaluronate injection of articular cavity in the treatment of mild-to-moderate on knee joint osteoarthritis represent synergism, curative effect have a striking effect and clinical treatment effect is relatively stable, deserves further research and extension.
