Analysis Of2009-2013Cesarean Section Conditions And Influencing Factors In Dalian

Objective：Analysis of different status levels midwifery institutions and cesareanmain factors cesarean in five years in Dalian, to provide decision support for healthadministrative departments, and to provide a scientific basis for further prospectiveintervention study.Methods: Dalian City midwifery institutions in accordance with the provincial, city,county, township divided into four levels, for2009and2013at all levels of maternalhospital delivery mode of delivery statistical summary of the status and cesarean sectioncesarean production factors were analyzed. Results: In5year, midwiferysinstitutions of confinements268,281passengers, eutocia123,616people, accounting for46.1%; cesarean137,691people, accounting for51.3%; vaginal surgery midwifery6974people, accounting for2.6%. The number of midwifery maternity hospital deliveryagencies to counties and cities constitute more than most, choosing the delivery ofmaternal municipal bodies gradually increased and in the township-level institutions hasdecreased birth. No significant changes in the city’s cesarean section rate, maintained atbetween50-52%in5years. From the institutional point of view cesarean rate from theprovincial level, county, township, and municipal successively lower, but still higherthan in developed countries. Township level cesarean section rate of cesarean sectionrate showed an increasing trend, provincial and municipal cesarean section rate insteady decline, and little change in county. From the cesarean section rate≥50%ofbody proportions, the township-level institutions cesarean section rate≥50%of theminimum proportion of the township, county levels, the proportion of institutionalcesarean delivery rate≥50%were tested institutions increased year by year trend.Conclusions：1.2009-2013in Dalian overall high cesarean section rate,is at about50%, far higher than15%of the world’s average level.2. In recent five years cesarean delivery rate overall little change in Dalian, provincial, county, district level the highestcesarean section rate, and township-level rise faster.3. The influence factors of cesareansection rate are various, the social factors for the main factors of Dalian cesarean sectionrate increased significantly in recent years, should reduce the interference of socialfactors on the delivery, so as to reduce the rate of cesarean delivery.
