As the hospital of traditional Chinese medicine is Huxiang tumor hospital of Huxiang province is the only a doctor of traditional Chinese medicine tumor hospitals, due to its monopoly position, the staff income relatively high, these are given by the national policy, but it represents the staff itself ability and accomplishment, many employees have cauldron rice heart, to work without a high enthusiasm.Through the questionnaire survey found that the hospital salary system there is a big problem: the salary distribution scheme to staff have incentive effect is very poor, and did not reflect good fairness; Salary structure serious unreasonable, salary distribution way too single simple; The standard of salary distribution gap is too small; Salary allocation is too low transparency, and a series of problems exist.Huxiang caused by TCM tumour hospital salary system has many problems of the most main reason is that the hospital management concepts backward and salary distribution system lag behind. Traditional Chinese medicine to hunan tumor hospital salary system in the cause of the problem to carry on the analysis, proposed hunan TCM tumour hospital salary system optimization measures, and puts forward the concrete measures are:to establish a scientific and effective performance incentive mechanism, to determine the correct salary incentive principle, reasonable design of hospital staff salary structure, construction of incentive compensation system and implement special people’s salary, implementing the doctor and the patient’s long-term cooperation, strengthen the hospital staffs training work, and pay attention to career development planning.
