The Expression And Clinical Relationships Of Survivin Protein In Cholangiocarcinoma: A Meta-analysis

0bjective: To investigate the expression and clinical relationships of survivin proteinin cholangiocarcinomaMethods: Retrieval PubMed、CNKI、Articles database research literature Survivinprotein expression and cholangiocarcinoma relationship, according to the inclusionand exclusion criteria were screened to collect documents, applicate software RevMan5Meta-analysis of the literature.Results：As for the positive rate of survivin expression,significant differences weretested between Cholangiocarcinoma and normal bile duct tissues(OR=24.11,95%CI=10.27－56.61, P＜0．00001); As for the expression of Survivin protein,therewas no significant difference in gender of patients with cholangiocarcinoma(OR=0.98,95%CI=0.66-1.46, P=0.92); As for the expression of Survivin protein, no significantdifference in cholangiocarcinoma patients who aged≤60years and>60years oldgroup(OR=0.81,95%CI=0.54-1.22, P=0.32); the differencen of Survivin proteinexpression between high-middle differentiated group and low differentiated group incholangiocarcinoma was significant(OR=0.48,95%CI=0.30-0.77, P=0．002); thedifferencen of Survivin protein expression between I+II stage group and III+IV stagegroup in cholangiocarcinoma clinical stage was also significant(OR=0.45,95%CI=0.28-0.73, P=0.001); the differencen of Survivin protein expression betweenlymphnode metastasi group and no lymphnode metastasigroup in cholangiocarcinomawassignificant(OR=2.69,95%CI=1.55-4.67, P=0.0004); no significant difference between tumor size≤2cm and>2cm in cholangiocarcinoma (OR=1.06,95％CI=0.61-1.83, P=0.83)。Conclusion：1、The positive rate of Survivin protein expression incholangiocarcinoma tissues was significantly higher than normal bile duct tissues;2、The expression of survivin protein correlated with clinical stage,differentiation, lymphnode metastasis, but no correlation with Gender, age and the tumor size.3、Survivin isexpected to become an important indicator to judge cholangiocarcinoma invasivenessand prognosis, provide a new ideas of the therapy for cancer gene targeting.
