Expression And Significance Of Vip And TNF-а In Placenta Of Patients With Preeclampsia

Objective:To study the change of VIP and TNF-аin placenta of patients withpreeclampsia,and to explore the pathogenesis.Methods:Select20Patients with mild preeclampsia group,20Patientswith severe preeclampsia group and normal pregnant women as study groupand control group,which are collected from Apro2010to Aug2011in thefirst affiliated hospital of Fujian medical university.Immunohistochem-ial technique was used to determine VIP, VIP receptors and TNF-аinplacenta of the three group,and through semi-quantitative method.Result:1.VIP and VIP receptors was expressed in all three groups,and mainlyexpressed in of the syncytiotrophoblast and decidual cells cellcytoplasm.2. Mild preeclampsia group comprared with normal pregnancy, placental VIPand VIP receptors expression was significantly reduce,the difference wasstatistically significant(P<0.05). Severe preeclampsia group compraredwith normal pregnancy, placental VIP and VIP receptors expression wassignificantly reduce,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Mild preeclampsia group and Severe group, the difference wasstatistically significant(P<0.05).3. Mild preeclampsia group comprared with normal pregnancy, placentalTNF-а expression was significantly enhanced, the difference wasstatistically significant(P<0.05). Severe preeclampsia group compraredwith normal pregnancy, placental TNF-а expression was significantlyenhanced, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Mildpreeclampsia group and Severe group, the difference was statisticallysignificant(P<0.05).4.The expression degree of VIP and VIP receptor1, VIP receptor2waspositive correlate of the three groups. The expression deree of VIP andTNF-аwas negative correlate of the three groups.Conclusion:1. VIP and VIP receptors was expressed in all three groups,and mainlyexpressed in of the syncytiotrophoblast and decidual cells cell cytoplasm,partly expressed in of Placental villous vascular endothelial cells.2.Low expression of VIP and VIP receptors in placenta may be one of thepathogenesis of preeclampsia. 3.VIP to Couple with receptor maybe maintain pro-inflammatory andanti-inflammatory cytokine balance in pregnancy, Unbalance ofpro-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory cytokine may result inpreeclampsia.
