From Heaven Corresponding To Explore The Relevance Of Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding Laws

Objective:To explore the relationship between the time,temperature,the extent of full moon and the UGB,with a view to the implementation of the clinical response to the upper gastrointestinal bleeding(UGB) differentiation,timing medication,as well as the prediction of disease prognosis,the prognosis,provided an important theoretical basis for practical value.Object and Methods:Chooseing the paitents in line with the diagnostic criteria of UBG in the Traditional chinese medicine hospital of Jiangsu Province between the DaHan of 2005 and LiChun of 2009.The incidence of statistics at the time of seasons,solar terms,the Five Movements and Six Climates the main transportation,passenger,heavenly stems of date and the extent of full moon.Statistics 2008 years are the maximum and minimum month average temperatures.Based on the results,apply statistical analysis software spss13.0 happened with the UGB season,solar terms,Five Movements and Six Climates,heavenly stems of date,the extent of full moon,temperature relationship between the application of chi-square test and correlation analysis to collect information for statistical analysis.The results:1,Bingxu,the Dinghai,the Wu Zi year to the superposition of three years by the luck of the gas after the show.The most number of UGB are appear at the end of six climates of the BingXu and the DingHai.Three year's six-step gas had no significant difference between the incidence of,all of the p＞0.05 there is not statistically significant.2,UGB associated with the season.Between the four seasons no significant difference in morbidity:χ~2 =2.39,p＞0.05.Compared the two groups the number of UGB happen(Winter-spring and summer-autumn),χ~2 =6.06,0.01＜p＜0.05,with statistical significance.3,liver cirrhosis esophageal and gastric variceal bleeding ulcer upper gastrointestinal bleeding due to the extent and full moon was a positive correlation,the correlation coefficient of r=0.532,r=0.618,all of the p＜0.01 there is a significant statistical significance.4,UGB incidence of the number has negative correlation with temperature.Number of cases with the most high-temperature correlation coefficient between r=-0.619;P＜0.05, before with the most low-temperature correlation coefficient r=-0.628;P＜0.05 have statistical significance. 5,the patients with UGB caused by liver cirrhosis in Gengxin day at relatively high rates of bleeding,χ~2=2.25,p＞0.05,there is not statistical significance.Conclusion:The season,weather and temperature and on phase changes are associated with the incidence of UGB.In response to these findings,should pay attention to the prevention of UGB in the Spring and Autumn,and the solar terms of Awakening of Insects,between Cold Dew and Xiaoxue,and low-temperature and the date mear full moon.
