Study on the parameters of biomechanics about flexion and extension, horizontal flexionand extension and the features of muscle strength with adductor outreach campaign.Method: Randomly extract12students from Shenyang Institute of Physical Education as theobject of study, to do the test about iskinetic muscle strength for them.1,the test for concentric,at the angular velocity is60°/s、120°/s、180°/s,doing flexion and extension, horizontal flexionand extension, outreach campaign received under the form of flexors, level of flexors, outsidethe adductor muscle group with Shoulder joint.2, the test for isokinetic eccentric. Angularvelocity to200/s,600/s shoulder flexion and extension, horizontal flexion and extension, flexors and your outreach campaign forms in horizontal flexors, adductor muscle peak torque, total work of outreach, average power. Results showed that:①concentric test, flexors andshoulder joints ’ flexors, level, outside the adductor muscle group of peak torque, total powerincrease in angular velocity of an hour, when you reach a certain angular velocity, as theangular velocity increases reduced average power increases as the angular velocity increases.②isokinetic eccentric test, flexors and shoulder joints ’ flexors, level, outside the adductormuscle group peak torque, total work increases with angular velocity increases, peak torque, total work to change little, average power increases as the angular velocity increases. Conclusion: concentric movement under the condition of the shoulder muscle movement, horizontal flexion and extension, your outreach campaign, the flexors, horizontal flexors, youroutreach muscle peak torque and peak torque, total work, total work, In the angular velocity is60°/s (slow) motion is greater than the angular speed180°/s (fast) during exercise, Isokineticeccentric exercise conditions of the shoulder muscle movement, horizontal flexion andextension, your outreach campaign, the flexors, horizontal flexors, your outreach muscle peaktorque and peak torque, total work and total power as the angular velocity increases relativeand no obvious changes. Under the condition of the shoulder muscle movement, horizontalflexion and extension, your outreach campaign, the flexors, horizontal flexors, average poweroutside the adductor muscle group as you increase the angular velocity increases.
