Objective：This investigation is to observe the clinical effection and safety of Jie-Jing-Xing-Yu-Ding-Yun prescription on cervical vertigo of depressed vital energy and stagnation ofblood type，and to discuss the theory of its curative effect，so as to improve the CV patients’quality of life and work capacity， thus to provide effective recipe to cure clinical CV.Methods：100subjects suffering cervical vertigo of depressed vital energy and stagnation ofblood type were selected in all. They were one side blind randomly divided into twocategories： the treatment group and the control group， each group has50subjects. Thecontrol group applies two pill of zhuyutongmai capsule by mouth， there times a day；200mlsalt water of0.9%and4ml shuxuetong，one time a day， intravenous drip and symptomatictreatment and so on，the treatment group uses the spasmolysis removing blood stasis and fixdizzy prescription on he basis of the control group，one dose a day， to decoct theprescription twice by water and the leachate is400ml，one bag for a time is200ml，twice aday by mouth，one course of treatment is fourteen days.to carry out intracalvarium doppler，blood clotting tetrachoric，to grade the function of nerves，Chinese medicine sciencesymptom，to grade the physical sign， the severity of dizzy and to evaluate the generalviability state for the two group patients on the day they were admitted by the hospital and thefourteenth day after they were medicationed， so as to evaluate the curative effect， and toundertake the laboratory examination of blood rule and liver and renal function，the record tobe the statistic document of the safety observation.Results：After the treatment，40subjects recovery of the treatment group， seven subjects areexcellent， two are effect， the total efficiency is98%；29subjects recovery of the controlgroup，thirteen subjects are excellent，there are effect，the total efficiency is90%，the totalefficiency between the two group has difference(P<0.05)；the severity of dizzy of the treatment group and the control group has take a favorable turn， and the clinical curativeeffect of the treatment group is obviously better than the control group，the difference of thetwo group has statistical significance(P<0.05)；after treatment，the high cutting specificviscosity， low cutting specific viscosity and the volume of packed red blood cells of thepatients of the treatment group has obviously lower than the control group， and the changesdifference has statistical significance(P<0.05)；the value of Vp， Vd， Vm and PI of the leftvertebral artery of the treatment group and the control group all has decreased before and aftertreatment，has statistical significance(P<0.05)， after treatment，the value of Vp， Vd， Vmand PI of the left vertebral artery of the treatment group were improve，compare with thecontrol group has statistical significance(P<0.05)； the value of Vp， Vd， Vm and PI of theright vertebral artery of the treatment group and the control group all has decreased before andafter treatment，has statistical significance(P<0.05)，after treatment，the value of Vp， Vd，Vm and PI of the right vertebral artery of the treatment group were improve，compare withthe control group has statistical significance(P<0.05)； the value of Vp， Vd， Vm and PI ofthe basilar artery of the treatment group and the control group all has decreased before andafter treatment，has statistical significance(P<0.05)， after treatment，the value of Vp， Vd，Vm and PI of the basilar artery of the treatment group were improve，compare with thecontrol group has statistical significance(P<0.05).During the observation，the two groupsdon’t appear to adverse effect or poison and side effect.Conclution：This investigation explains that the spasmolysis removing blood stasis and fix dizzyprescription can cure the depressed vital energy and stagnation of blood type of the cervicalvertigo， during the comparison of the observed number which concludes the CV symptomand the count scores of the functional assessment，the comparison of curative effect， bloodclotting tetrachoric and TCD between the Treatment Group and the Control Group， and thedifference has statistical significance(P<0.05).It indicates that the spasmolysis removingblood stasis and fix dizzy prescription has obviously effection on CV and obviouslyimprovement on clinical symptom and take a favorable turn on staggers.Meanwhile the detect of drug safety indicates that this medicine is safe， innocuity， no side effect，and hasbetter clinical application value.
