| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Quyinkaiqiao prescription on chronic cerebral ischemic vertigo(Tanyin with blood stasis).Methods:According to the inclusion criteria of this experiment,72 subjects were selected.They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 36 cases in each group.The experimental group was given Quyinkaiqiao prescription(twice a day,100ml each time),and aspirin enteric-coated tablets were given once a day.The control group was given Ginkgo biloba extract tablets,twice a day,40mg each day,and aspirin enteric-coated tablets were given once a day.The course of treatment was 14 days.The scores of TCM syndromes and Dizziness Disorder Scale(DHI)before and after treatment were observed and recorded.Observe and record the longest duration(time/day)and the number of vertigo attacks(times/month)before and within one month after treatment;All the recorded data were analyzed,described and tested by SPSS22.0 statistical software.To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Quyinkaiqiao prescription in treating chronic cerebral ischemia vertigo(Tanyin with blood stasis).Result:1.Comparison of clinical efficacy:the clinical symptoms of vertigo in the experimental group were improved(P=0.000<0.05)after 2 weeks of treatment by Quyinkaiqiao prescription,and the total clinical effective rate was 97.1%.The clinical symptoms of vertigo in the control group were improved(P=0.000<0.05)after 2 weeks of treatment by Ginkgo biloba extract tablets,and the total clinical effective rate was 85.7%.The experimental group was better than the control group(P=0.004<0.05).2.Comparison of DHI scores:After being treated with Quyinkaiqiao prescription for 2 weeks,the total score of DHI in the experimental group was improved(P=0.000<0.05),while that in the control group was improved(P=0.000<0.05)after being treated with Ginkgo biloba extract tablets for 2 weeks,and the average total score in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(39.54±4.53)The experimental group was superior to the control group in improving vertigo symptoms(P=0.000<0.05).3.Comparison of DHI scores:After being treated with Quyinkaiqiao prescription for 2 weeks,there were significant differences in DHI scores of body(P=0.000<0.05),function(P=0.000<0.05)and emotion(P=0.000<0.05)in the experimental group.The control group had statistical significance before and after DHI in terms of body score(P=0.000<0.05),function score(P=0.000<0.05)and emotion score(P=0.000<0.05),which indicated that the treatment of both groups could improve the body,function and emotion scores in DHI,and the body score in DHI of experimental group(P=0.000<0.05)The experimental group and the control group have statistical significance in physical(P=0.001<0.05)and emotional(P=0.000<0.05),and the difference between the two groups indicates that the experimental group is superior to the control group in improving patients’ physical and emotional symptoms.4.Comparison of the longest duration of vertigo attack:The longest duration(hour/day)of vertigo attack in the experimental group was lower than before after being treated with Quyinkaiqiao prescription for 2 weeks(P=0.000<0.05),while that in the control group was lower than before after being treated with Ginkgo biloba extract tablets for 2 weeks(P=0.000<0.05).However,the longest duration of vertigo attack in the experimental group(3.42±1.58)was lower than that in the control group(4.31±1.51),indicating that the longest duration of vertigo attack in the experimental group(hour/day)was lower than that in the control group(P=0.038<0.05).Compared with the control group,the prognosis of the experimental group is better.5.Comparison of vertigo attack times:After being treated with Quyin Kaiqiao Prescription for 2 weeks,the attack times of the experimental group were lower than before(P=0.000<0.05),while those of the control group were lower than before after being treated with Ginkgo biloba extract tablets for 2 weeks(P=0.000<0.05).However,the attack frequency of the experimental group(4.60±1.96)was lower than that of the control group(6.26±2.01),and the vertigo attack frequency of the experimental group(times/month)was lower than that of the control group(P=0.001<0.05).Compared with the control group,the prognosis of the experimental group is better.Conclusion:The Quyinkaiqiao prescription has obvious curative effect on chronic cerebral ischemia vertigo(tanyin with blood stasis;),which can improve the clinical symptoms and the prognosis of patients.It can also obviously improve the physical and emotional aspects of patients,greatly improve the quality of life of patients,and reduce the burden on patients’ families.It is concluded that Quyinkaiqiao prescription has achieved remarkable curative effect in treating chronic cerebral ischemia vertigo(tanyin with blood stasis;). |
