Traditional Chinese Medicine In Hainan Province From The Perspective Of Medical And Health System Reform Research On Hospital Development

With the deepening of medical and health system reform,public hospital reform,as an important step of deepening reform,has a decisive effect on comprehensively deepening medical reform,and is of great significance to improving people’s livelihood and promoting social harmony.Health of Chinese medicine as an important component of China’s medical and health cause,hospital of traditional Chinese medicine is shouldering the burden,to promote the development of China’s traditional Chinese medicine health care should be at the same time,to meet the challenge seize the opportunity of medical and health system reform,the national support under the background of the traditional Chinese medicine industry,the road to explore the features of the hospital of traditional Chinese medicine.With the development of economy and society,people’s awareness of health care is getting stronger and stronger,and TCM treatment groups are expanding,and patients’consumption demand for TCM is increasing.Under the new national policy and development environment,whether the hospital of traditional Chinese medicine can use scientific management theory and method to improve its vitality and competitiveness has become an important issue for the sustainable development of hospital health.However,as the medical system is an important part of traditional Chinese medicine hospital,the medical and health system reform under the background of the problem is increasingly prominent.This paper focuses on the following three aspects:Firstly,combining with the current medical and health system reform,the process of combing to the requirement of hospital of traditional Chinese medicine health care system reform,from the situation of the fiscal appropriation,the organization present situation,the current situation of personnel status,income,expenditure,medical service situation analysis of the current situation of the development of traditional Chinese medicine hospital of Hainan Province in five aspects.Secondly,the author selected X hospital as the case study object to analyze the problems and reasons of the development of X hospital under the background of medical and health system reform.Secondly,the talent structure is not reasonable and there is no effective incentive mechanism to activate the enthusiasm of medical staff.Third,with the deepening of the new medical reform,new requirements are put forward for the internal management of hospitals.Fourth,medical services need to be improved.Finally,according to the existing problems and the actual situation,the development countermeasures of X hospital are proposed,so as to improve the operation and management level and comprehensive competitiveness of X hospital and promote the process of modern hospital of traditional Chinese medicine in X hospital.
