Study On SPD Logistic System For Medicine Supply Chain Management In Hospital

The markets of pharmaceutical circulation in China is coming into strategy transformation.With the increasing easing up and the competition heating up,in order to enlarge the market and reduce the costs,extending the supply chain services into hospital to is becoming the new competition area for pharmaceutical circulation enterprises.As the same time,because of the drug add rate which is canceled by the reform of medical system and regulatory strengthening by the current version GSP,the department of medicine in the hospital became from profit sector into the burden.How to reduce the cost of medication and increase the efficiency is what the hospital operators focused on.SPD is a new kind supply chain management mode for hospital,which is introduced into China in nearly years.It fused third-party logistics and centralized management,and can be efficient to reduce drug cost and improve the drug application level.This study talked about the specialty of medicine supply chain by the basement conception of supply chain management,and researched necessity of the modern logistic technologies and concepts for the medicine supply chain.By the reviewing the history of Chinese pharmaceutical circulation industry and hospital medicine supply chain management and compared with Europe,Japan and American,the study pointed out the shortage of medicine supply chain management in Chinese hospital at present.This study researched the mainly modes to reform the medicine supply chain in hospital in early years,by the cases of the X hospital,the M district mode and the SPD project of D hospital south court,and talked about the gain and loss of reforming supply chain by the hospital,government and pharmaceutical circulation enterprise to clarify the orientation of improvement.With the research of the modified SPD project for F hospital south court,the study discussed the application of modified SPD in tertiary hospital,proved its economic and social benefits by the implementation of medicine separation,improving the medicine efficiency and drug traceability,taking pharmacists back to clinical work and reduced the composite drug cost for the whole social.The study also pointed out that how to enhance the drug traceability and consummating the rules to lower the risk would be the emphasis of research for the next stage.
