The Clinical Study Of TCM Syndrome Differentiation Treatment On HLP

Objective:Evaluating the TCM syndrome differentiation treatment’s infection on HLP patients. By rational scientific and clinical research, this thesis concludes clinical effects and drug safety of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment, and also provides theoretical basis for HLP patients by the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine.Method:1. We select 50 HLP patients from department of cardiology in our hospital, which conform with inclusion and exclusion criteria, reduced to two groups,25 cases every group. We select patients’ personal information, smoking habit, medical record, TCM symptoms and seven blood-fat index, ie. TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C, Apo-A, Apo-B. The treatment group consists of 9 phlegm obstruction cases,5 spleen deficiency and damp accumulation cases,11 liver and kidney-Yin deficiency cases,5 HTG cases,9 hypercholesterolemia cases,11 CHL cases,15 male & 10 female, mean age (63.08±12.12). contrast group consists of 8 phlegm obstruction cases,6 spleen deficiency and damp accumulation cases,11 liver and kidney-Yin deficiency cases,5 HTG cases, 11 hypercholesterolemia cases,9 CHL cases,14 male & 11 female, mean age (63.52±13.31).2. Patients in the contrast group are treated by simvastatin 40mg every night, while patients in the treatment group use TCM syndrome differentiation treatment and TCM, the dose was adjusted according to the specific situation of each patient. One dose of the drug per day, divided into 200ml each to take morning and night, period of treatment being 6 weeks. We observe and compare these two groups to see the TCM syndrome differentiation treatment’s infection on HLP patients and with index such as liver function and kidney function to evaluate the drug safety.Results:1. Therapeutic evaluation:compare changes in blood fat index:The contents of total cholesterol(TC), triglyceride(TG), low density lipoprotein(LDL) in blood and Apo-B, Lpa of treatment group have increased with a significant difference (P<0.05) compared to contrast group; high density lipoprotein(HDL) in blood of treatment group has increased with a significant difference (P<0.05) compared to contrast group; Apo-A in blood of these two groups have no statistic difference (P>0.05). compare blood fat index:total effective rates are, respectively,92%,72% with significant difference (P<0.05); SDSVD curative effect:total effective rates are, respectively,100%、64% with significant difference (P<0.05).2. Drug safety evaluation:we have record liver function and kidney function before and after treatment for these two groups, and we found no abnormal changes in these index, which means Qiangxin preparations are safe. Conclusion:1. TCM syndrome differentiation treatment can improve blood fat level of HLP;2. TCM syndrome differentiation treatment can cure effectively clinically;3. TCM syndrome differentiation treatment is safe for HLP.
