The higher synchronization of the cabbage bud microspore development could improve the rate of the microspore embryo and perfect the system of the microspore culture technology which was the vital significance, and finally laid a solid foundation for haploid breeding. Therefore, improving the synchronization of bud microspore was necessary. On the one hand this experiment started from the internal factors, the relationship between genotype and synchronicity of microspore development, on the other hand the study began from the cultivation factors(1) the ways of pruning: the number of primary branches to retain 20%, 50%,80% and 100%(CK)(2) bud thinning: remaining 10 bud, 20 bud and 30 bud on the primary branches and the treatment not thinning bud(CK)(3) irrigation: every 500 ml water,500 ml,1500 ml and 2000 ml. We set three cultivation treatments to flower bud donor, including the pruning, bud thinning and irrigation, studied the effects on development synchronicity of bud microspore, and aimed to improve the bud synchronicity of microspore. The results show that the following:1.Different genotypes :corresponding to the maximum ratios of bud microspore at telophase I, their bud length were different, and the maximum ratio range was 34.94% to79.38%.2.From 20% to 80% of primary pruning branches can improved the synchronicity of the bud microspore development. Remaining 20% of primary pruning branch, the ratio of bud microspore at telophase I increased by 125.5%.3.Thinning flower buds affect synchronization of the bud microspore development.Remaining 10 buds in the primary branch, the ratio of bud microspore at telophase I increased by 196.3%.4. Increasing irrigation water can improve the synchronicity of the bud microspore development. The ratio of bud microspore at telophase I, in per plant irrigates 2000 ml water in the unit interval of 7 days, increased by 12% than other irrigation water.
