In order to study the appropriate branch Angle and bud cutting method in walnut tree management,the 3a sapling of liaoning no.The main results are as follows:1.By carrying out branch pulling treatment at different angles on 1a branch of 3a raw walnut sapling tree,it was found that the germination rate and branch forming rate increased significantly with the increase of branch pulling Angle.The highest values were 71.9% and 55.9% respectively.The growth and thickening of new shoots were lower than that of the control group,and the lowest was branch extension 120°(12.53 cm and 0.86 cm,respectively).2.By carrying out branch pulling treatment at different angles on 1a branch of 3a young walnut tree,it was found that fruit weight,shell weight and nucleolus weight increased significantly with the decrease of branch pulling Angle.The highest values were 12.9g,5.3g and 7.6g,respectively.However,compared with the other two groups,the increase was not significant.The yield of single branch reached the highest when the Angle of branch pulling was 90°,reaching 62.49 g.The content of fat and protein also increased significantly at 90°,reaching the maximum values of65.23% and 22.12%,respectively.3.After applying different Angle branch pulling treatment to 1a raw branches of3 a raw walnut saplings with carved buds,the study found that the germination rate and branch forming rate of walnut were significantly improved compared with the control group,reaching 58.87% and 74.72%,respectively.The growth and coarsening of new shoots were smaller than that of the control group(10.82 cm and 0.81 cm,respectively),but the coarsening was not significantly different from that of the control group.4.The results showed that the fruit weight,nut shell weight and nucleolus weight were increased to 13.71 g,5.36 g and 8.34 g,respectively,after different Angle branch pulling treatments were carried out on 1a raw shoots of 3a raw walnut sapling trees.The yield of single branch at 90 ° was significantly higher than that of other experimental groups and control groups(62.55g).5.By applying different Angle pruning treatment to 1a branches of 3a young walnut trees,it was found that GA3/ABA in all parts of 90 ° pruning branches decreased significantly,and ZT/IAA at the top of branches increased significantly.When the pulling branch was 90 °,the endogenous hormone content of buds in different parts of the pulling branch was the most average,which was more conducive to the growth and development of walnut 1a.In this paper,through a series of experiments,it was found that the walnut tree90° branch cutting bud,is conducive to the growth of walnut tree and fruit quality improvement.Based on the measured physiological indexes and fruit quality indexes,this paper provides efficient management measures for walnut tree planting in handan area,and provides theoretical basis for walnut planting management in handan area in the future. |
