Abstract/Summary:
In order to understand the contamination and distribution rule of five phytopathogenic mycotoxins in the ingredient of the compound feed in Henan Province. According to the climatic conditions of the henan province, The Yellow River as the boundarydivide Henan province into two parts:the south and the north. Total 423 samples of feed species included in 11 kinds of ingredients are collected from the different district of the Henan province. Five phytopathogenic mycotoxins, including aflatoxin B1, T-2 toxin, ochratoxin A, deoxynivalenoland zearalenonewere determined by the enzymelabeled immunoassay(ELISA). The contamination ratios were judged by dose limited standard at home. The main results were as follows:(1) The contamination of Aflatoxin B1 were aggravated especially in feed stuffs samples collected in the south of Henan, The contamination of deoxynivalenolwere aggravated especially in feed stuffs samples collected in the north of Henan. The content of the aflatoxin B1 in the feed ingredient in the south of Henan were significantly higher than the assay in the feed stuffs in the north(P<0.05). The content of the zearalenone in the feed ingredient in the north of Henan were significantly higher than the assay in the feed stuffs in the south(P<0.05). The content of the deoxynivalenol in the feed ingredient in the north of Henan were significantly higher than the assay in the feed stuffs in the south(P<0.05). The content of the ochratoxin A in the feed ingredient in the north of Henan were significantly higher than the assay in the feed stuffs in the south(P<0.05). The content of the T-2 toxin in the feed ingredient in the north of Henan were significantly higher than the assay in the feed stuffs in the south(P<0.05).(2)The high detection rates of fivephytopathogenic mycotoxins were found in feed stuffs in Henan Province, but the exceeding limited standard rates of five phytopathogenic mycotoxins were different. The exceeding limited standard rate of thedeoxynivalenol was the highest, and then was the zearalenone, aflatoxin B1, T-2 toxin, the rate of the ochratoxin A was the smallest. The content of the same phytopathogenic mycotoxins in the different species of the feed were variant. The content of the zearalenone in DDGS were significantly higher than the assay in the other ten species of the feed(P<0.05). The content of the ochratoxin A in peanut meal were significantly higher than the assay in the corn, wheat, wheat bran, soybean meal, cotton meal(P<0.05). The content of the aflatoxin B1 in soybean meal, guniting corn husk, peanut meal, corn protein powder were significantly higher than the assay in the wheat, cotton meal, wheat short, rapeseed meal, wheat bran, corn(P<0.05). The content of the T-2 toxin in corn protein powder were significantly higher than the assay in the wheat, wheat bran, wheat short(P<0.05), and the content of the T-2 toxin in DDGS were significantly higher than the assay in the wheat, wheat short(P<0.05). The content of the deoxynivalenol in DDGS were significantly higher than the assay in the other ten species of the feed(P<0.05).
