| Carp has wide feeding habits,strong adaptability and high nutritional value,so it has important breeding and economic value.The total amount of carp culture in China is 3.004 million tons,which is widely distributed all over the country and is a very important edible fish.Henan area carp culture total,per mu yield,feed coefficient are in the forefront of the country.In the first part of this paper,the main technical data and culture results of carp cultured in ten ponds in Henan area were taken as the object.and the input,growth rate and yield per unit area of carp,silver carp and bighead carp iri ponds,as well as the capital input and output of pond culture,were taken as the object.And the economic benefits of aquaculture were analyzed.Average depth of water in ponds(l)0.4±0.2)m,the population density of fish species was(2078.1±350.2)tail/mu、and the weight density of fish species was(89.5±40.2)kg/mu.The growth benefit of cultured fish was higher in pond culture:the yield per unit area was(2212.6±490.0)kg/mu,and the weight gain per unit area was(2123.1±501.1)kg/mu;However,the maximum weight gain per unit area of the pond with a depth of more than 1.7 m is as high as 3400kg/mu.Among them,carp is the main culture fish,and the weight density of carp species is(76.0±4).Under the condition of(1862.1±370.5)tail/mu.the average yield per mu of carp was(2032.1±434.9)kg/mu,and the weight gain per mu was(1956.1±443.4)/mu,and a very high single yield was obtained.Carp has achieved good growth benefit,the weight gain multiple of carp is(31.3 1 11.2)times,and the specific growth rate is(1.8±0.2)%.D≤1.Feed is the source of nutrients and energy substances for fish cultured in ponds.The feed coefficient of 10 target ponds is 1.26 ≤1.5,with an average value of 1.26 x 1.5.It was 1.3±0.1,which showed that the feed had high conversion efficiency.Henan carp culture has the characteristics of high density and high yield,and the corresponding feed protein level is 37%and fat is more than 9%,which adapts to the nutritional needs of carp cultured in ponds.Under the existing market operation mode,under the condition that the market price of carp is(10.2±0.4)yuan/kg,it is necessary to maintain the high yield,that is,the yield per mu is(1636.4 ±254.2)Kg/mu.The economic benefit of culture can be obtained only if the weight gain per mu is more than(1560.4±257.8)Kg/mu,which makes it clear that the culture of carp in Henan pond must be carried out.The necessity of maintaining high density and high yield culture model.Through the formula analysis and culture economic benefit analysis of typical carp feed,the rationality of positioning high nutritional concentration feed under high yield model was verified.The high yield techniques of carp,such as dissolved oxygen guarantee and fine feeding,were analyzed,which provided a more accurate technical analysis basis for the development of carp culture technology and the development direction of culture industry in ponds in the future.In the second part,based on the nutritional quality data of carp feed and adult fish feed samples collected from Northeast,Northwest,North China,Southwest and Central China,Henan Province,the statistical analysis method of nutrient content distribution curve was adopted.The distribution of protein,lysine,methionine,fat,calcium,phosphorus and cellulose in Chinese carp feed protein,lysine,methionine,fat,calcium,phosphorus and cellulose were systematically demonstrated by the analysis method of the relationship between some related nutrients.The adaptive relationship between feed quality difference and regional difference of carp in China was analyzed.Under the pressure of environmental protection,the technical difficulties of upper limit control of nitrogen and phosphorus in carp feed and the development of feed quality control were discussed.Trends,the main technical issues that need to be paid attention to. |
