Feed mycotoxin contamination is one of the main reasons affecting the healthy breeding of livestock and poultry. In the feed production process, the main causes of mycotoxin contamination are contamination of feed raw materials, improper processing, transportation, and storage.Under conditions of appropriate temperature and humidity, molds and spores can easily grow and multiply, and various toxins are produced at the same time.Aflatoxin B,zearalenone, deoxynivalenol, etc. It poses a serious hazard to animal health and animal food safety. This paper first investigated the mycotoxin contamination of some chicken farms in Guangdong Province, and monitored the mycotoxins in the feed production process.Based on this, the mycotoxin adsorbent and degradation agent were used to produce the key link. The treatment is carried out so as to effectively control the mycotoxin content in the feed. Finally, the treated feed is fed on the test site. The feed is tested on the feed ratio of the meat and poultry and the comprehensive production rate of the egg and poultry, and the feeding efficiency is evaluated. The results showed that the contamination of aflatoxin B1,zearalenone and deoxynivalenol was serious in 37 samples collected from Huizhou and Jieyang regions, and the aflatoxin B1 overrun rate was 75.6%in all samples. The rate of zearalenone overrun was 70.2%,and the rate of deoxynivalenol overage was 70.2%.According to the sample type, the overage rate of finished feed and corn was higher, and the overrun rate of soybean meal was relatively high.low.According to the traditional mycotoxin adsorbent and new mycotoxin degrading agent used in the mycotoxin treatment experience, the feed that is known to be contaminated with mycotoxins is processed.Through laboratory testing of the mycotoxin content before and after treatment, the viable mycotoxins are inferred.Prevention and control methods, followed by feeding of meat and poultry with feed containing known toxin concentrations, analysis of daily feed intake and daily gain of 3-4 weeks of age,as well as daily feed intake and comprehensive egg production rate of the poultry, validated The effect of mycotoxin-containing feedstuffs on animals is known. The results show that the mycotoxin content of feedstuffs after treatment with novel biodegradable agents is greatly reduced, and the daily gain of meat birds and the egg production rate of laying birds after feeding are normal. It can be considered as a biodegradable agent.Degradation of mycotoxins to non-toxic other products has a good degradation effect.
