In order to find out the contamination and distribution of mycotoxins of feedstuffs used in sichuan area; the study detected common mycotoxins of different season, different kind feed ingredients and feedstuffs, and compared the influences of the different detection methods producing to aflatoxin B1. the experiments detected fumonisin toxin, vomitoxin, zearalenone, t-2 toxin, ochratoxin A and aflatoxin B1 altogether 6 kind common mycotoxins of 133 feed ingredient samples of 10 kinds of 5 classes used in summer, 64 feedstuff samples of 3 classes used in summer and 26 corn samples used in winter in Sichuan area by the enzyme-labeled immunoassay(ELISA); and detected aflatoxin B1 of 17 corn samples used in summer by enzyme-labeled immunoassay(ELISA) and multifunctional columns-High Performance Liquid Chromatography(HPLC); and analyzed the mycotoxin contamination condition of samples citing the determination standard of mycotoxin contamination level and the legal limits of mycotoxins. The results as follows:(1) The contamination of 6 mycotoxins of 5 class feed ingredients which were used in summer in Sichuan area were more common, the detection rates of fumonisin toxin, vomitoxin and aflatoxin B1 were completely above 90%, the detection rates of zearalenone and t-2 toxin were relatively lower, but completely above 70%; the contamination of 6 mycotoxins of 3 class feedstuffs were quite common. Except for ochratoxin A which had lower detection rate(above 80%) in mixed feeds of swine and poultry and t-2 toxin which had lower detection rate(above 90%) in concentrated feeds of swine, the detection rates of other 5 mycotoxins reached as high as 100.00%, and the detection rates of feedstuffs were whole higher than that of feed ingredients.(2) The contamination of vomitoxin and t-2 toxin in 5 class feed ingredients and 3 class feedstuffs used in summer in Sichuan area were more serious and they had higher rates of exceeding the standard limit. In addition, the contamination of fumonisin toxin in corn, corn gluten meal and 3 class feedstuffs, zearalenone in corn gluten meal, wheat, corn byproducts and 3 class feedstuffs also were very serious; the contamination of aflatoxin B1 and ochratoxin A were relatively lighter, creating to the samples mainly was the mild pollution.(3) In 5 class feed ingredients and 3 class feedstuffs used in summer in Sichuan area, the contamination of mycotoxins producing to mixed feeds of swine, mixed feeds of poultry and corn gluten meal were more serious in comparison with others; the next were concentrated feeds of swine, corn, wheat and corn byproducts; the contamination of mycotoxins producing to feed ingredients of cake meal, fish meal and other animal protein were relatively lighter, and the contamination of mycotoxins producing to feedstuffs were whole higher than that of feed ingredients.(4) Many kinds of mycotoxins coexisted in 5 class feed ingredients and 3 class feedstuffs used in summer in Sichuan area.(5)The detection results of 6 mycotoxins of corn in Sichuan area indicated that the contamination level( average content and rate of exceeding the standard limit)of other 5 mycotoxins of corn used in summer were whole higher than that of mycotoxins of corn used in winter except for ochratoxin A.(6) The test results of aflatoxin B1 in corn which was detected by ELISA and HPLC methods indicated that the detection results ( the lowest content, the highest content, average content, contamination level and rate of exceeding the standard limit) of mulfifunctional colunms-HPLC were whole lower than that of ELISA, and the accuracy results were whole higher than that of ELISA.
