Lilium casa blanca is one of a Liliaceous Lilium bulbous plants, which is hybridized into perennial herbaceous flower by the Asian and Oriental Lily. It is named "casa blanca" usually, which has big flowers and nice colors. Because of its unique flavor, it has a high favorite in people. At present, Lilium casa blanca is one of the common four cut flowers in market. As an ideal material of flower arrangement, it has a high ornamental value and economy value.Plant growth regulator is one of a synthetic plant active hormone material, which has the function of regulating growting and development in plant. Currently the plant growth regulator research associated with the lily mainly focus on the single plant hormone treatment. It has less reports on the physiological effect of many kinds of plant hormone application during every period.The Lilium casa blanca was performed as experimental material in the test. It studied the influence of the morphology and physiology during the cold storage, the aerial parts of physiology in its late growth time after the dealing with lily bulbs in the different concentration of gibbereliin(GA3) and ethylene (CEPA), In which it was used pot experiment. It is aimed at providing theoretical basis for the application in plant growth regulator in Lilium casa blanca. The results show that:1. In the low and middle concentration of GA3 (0-200 mg/L) and low concentration of CEPA (30 mg/L) processing during the cold storage, the bulb in the soluble sugar, soluble protein and starch content is higher, and crown height increase significantly. It showed that after treatment of lily bulbs lily performed better in breaking dormancy and the crown of growth and development.2. In the low and middle concentrations of GA3 (0~200 mg/L) and low concentration CEPA (0~30 mg/L) processing, The growth time of Lilium casa blanca was shorter 3-6d compared with CK, further advancing the exhibition leaf stage, budding stage and early flowering, shortening the flowering days. In the high concentration of CEPA (60-90 mg/L) processing, The growth time of The Lilium casa blanca was delayed 3~5 d compared with CK, and the flowering time was extended. In the low concentration of GA3 (0~200 mg/L) and low concentration CEPA (0-30 mg/L) processing, The growth time of The Lilium casa blanca was shorter, The plant height, stem diameter and bud length increased significantly, flower diameter increases, As a result it improves the quality of the flower.3. In the high concentration of GA3 (200-300 mg/L) and low concentration of CEPA (0~60 mg/L) processing, the photosynthesis, chla and chlb and chla+b of from the content of a+b in the leaves of Lilium casa blanca were significantly increased during the growth time. In the later, in the concentration of GA3 (200 mg/L) and low concentration of CEPA (30 mg/L) processing, the content of chla and chlb and chla+b in the leaves of The Lilium casa blanca declined slowly, which effectively improved the ability of the photosynthesis, delayed the senescence of plant. After dealing with the plant using growth regulator, Pn, Tr and Gs increased compared with CK treatment, however the Pn, Gs, significant difference between the CK treatment in Lilium casa blanca dealed with 200 mg/L GA3+30 mg/L CEPA.4. In the low and middle concentration of GA3 (0-200 mg/L) and low concentration of CEPA (30 mg/L) processing during the growth time, the bulb in the soluble sugar, soluble protein and starch content is higher, the blade of catalase (CAT) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity significantly enhanced, The content of malondialdehyde (MDA) increased, which the increase trend performing slowly. The results showed that plant growth regulator plays an important role on eliminating plant superoxide free radicals in the body, relieve lipid peroxidation and membrane injury.The experiment research showed that it is beneficial in the breaking the lily bulb dormancy, promoting the growth of perfume lily bulbs crown, improving the flowering characteristics perfume lily.and increasing the ornamental value through the appropriate concentration of GA3 and CEPA on the collocation of Lilium casa blanca bulbs processing. Among them, it was the best for lily bulbs of 200 mg/L GA3+30 mg/L match CEPA treatment, which not only advancing the flowering, and increasing the bud length and flower diameter of Lilium casa blanca, but also delaying the senescence of plant, significantly improving the quality of the flowers.
