Lily is a general term for all types of monocotyledon subclass Liliaceae Lilium,which are rich in species numbers, and in colorful flower. However, Lily has white, yellow, red, orange, pink and complex color and other colors. It is one of the world famous flower which has a high ornamental value and economic value. Lily are loved by people because of its unique flavor and beautiful flower.The plant growth regulator is a synthetic material with plant hormone activity. From the external applied by the plants to absorb into the body to achieve the purpose of regulating plant growth and development. The current research of Lily on the plant growth regulator mainly concentrates in the single hormone treatment, but less reported on many kinds of plant growth regulators on physiological effect of each period.Effects of plant regulator on growth and development of Lilium casa blanca were studied by using orthogonal design (L16(44)) of GA3,IBA,6-BA, and bulb soaking time. In order to provide a theoretical basis for plant growth regulators in the Lily. The results show that:(1) In the reasonable treatment of three kinds of plant growth regulator and suitable for the bulb soaking time, the leaf expansion period, the squaring stage, the early flowing stage and blooming stage were advanced,to spend the days were shortened, and the flowering stage were prolonged. The best collocation of the plant regulators was GA3of150mg/L, IBA of40mg/L,6-BA of60mg/L and soaking time40min.(2) After the resonable collocation of the differernt plant growth regulators, the growth of lily were promoted, plant height and stem diameter increased, the quality of flowers, flower bud length, flower diameter were improved. However, The correlation between plant growth regulators and flowering character showed that the6-BA was the key factor. Plant height and exogenous GA3had extremely significant positive correlation, stem diameter and GA3had very significant positive correlation,6-BA has positively correlated. Exogenous6-BA and to spend days showed a significant negative correlation, and flower diameter was significantly related, and bud length correlation. Bud length and to spend days significantly negative correlation to spend, flower diameter and number of days a very significant negative correlation, and significantly positive correlation with the length of flower buds. (3) With the plant growth regulators, photosynthesis enhanced, leaves of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and chlorophyll a+b content increase obviously, in the later period, chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and chlorophyll a+b content decreased amplitude slow down, lily of photosynthesis improved effectively, plant senescence delayed.(4) With the plant growth regulators, active oxygen scavenging and anti-aging capabilities improved. Stability of the system was increased. The activity of SOD and CAT were enhanced, the content of MDA were decreased. Plant growth regulators played an important role in eliminating superoxide radicals and reduce lipid peroxidation and membrane damage.(5) Plant growth regulators broke the balance of the endogenous hormones in plants, the contents of endogenous hormones in the plant were changed. In different periods and different treatments, the contents of endogenous hormones produced marked change. Exogenous6-BA on blossom characters played a major role. Both endogenous GA3and IAA contents decreased from squaring stage to blooming stage, and then increased in period of ending flowering stage. The contents of ABA increased gradually along with the development of flower. The contents of ZT decreased in period of blooming stage and increased again at the ending flowering stage. The dynamic changes of endogenous hormones influenced the flowering character of Lilium casa blanca. Endogenous hormones and flowering character have different correlations in different period. The endogenous IAA on blossom characters influence was main, another important role was ZT.After experiment, it was comprehensive consided that the best collocation of the plant regulators was GA3of150mg/L, IBA of40mg/L,6-BA of60mg/L and soaking time40min, which not only advanced flowering time but also improved flower character and increased bud length and flower diameter. However, the value of the ornamental were improved.
