Lilium casa blanca. is perennial herb of one department of Liliaceae Lilium oriental lily hybrids. Also called Ming Kasa · Blanca or heaven lily.It is rare flowers and used as potted and decorated garden, owing to its beautiful color, aroma and pleasant, graceful green leaves, stem Tingtingyuli. It is widely planted around the world. Lilium casa blanca. is the "Lily Queen" reputation. The growing market demand to stimulate the development of lily industry, its sales of bulbs and flowers has been dominated by the world, it is an important position in the cut flower trade, known as the "king of Flower Bulbs. However, there are still many problems in the development of the Lilium casa blanca. industry, because the industry is only developed in the last decade, started late in our country. Currently, Lilium casa blanca. bulbs mainly rely on imports,it serious constraints the development of China’s Lily industry. So Lily bulbs localization studies is the primary task of developing industries of Lilium casa blanca.. This test studied photosynthesis, chlorophyll fuorescence characteristic and the quality of bulblets of Lilium casa blanca.. the height of the ball buds, soluble sugar, soluble protein, starch content, amylase activity and the content of MDA during refrigeration,in the differents fertilization of phosphorus (0、0.05、0.1.0.2g/kgsoil)、potassium(0、0.1、0.15、0.2 g/kg soil). Expect to get a suitable proportion of phosphorus, potassium combined application by comparison to relevant indicators. The results showed that:1、with the application rate of phosphorus increased:Net photosynthetic rate and Stomatal conductance increased all the time; Water use efficiency increased first then dropped. With the application rate of potassium increased:Net photosynthetic rate, Stomatal conductance, Water use efficiency, increased first then dropped. Single or multiple application of phosphorus or potassium can increase Water use efficiency of Lilium casa blanca. very significantly. Intercellular CO2 concentration and Transpiration rate showed a highly significant positive correlation, Intercellular CO2 concentration and Water use efficiency showed a significant negative correlation.2> with the application rate of phosphorus increased:Non-photochemical quenching increased first then dropped; Fm、Fs、Fm’always dropped. With the application rate of potassium increased:Non-photochemical quenching and Fs increased first then dropped; Fm always increased;Fm’ dropped first then increased. Non-photochemical quenching and Fo、Fm、Fo’、Fm’、Fs、Fv、Fv’/Fm’showed a highly significant negative correlation; Photochemical quenching and Fm、Fs、Fv、Fv/Fm showed a highly significant negative correlation.3、Phosphorus and potassium was less affected on circumference and soluble sugar content of bulb; When low potassium,the weight of the bulbs were significantly increased with the increase of phosphate;When low phosphate,the weight of the bulbs were significantlyf droped with the increase of potassium; When fertilized phosphate and potassiumd, the bulbs were significantly increased with the increase of phosphate; the Soluble protein content of bulbs with Fertilized significantly lower than the CK. The starch content of each treatments of P2 was significantly higher than other treatments, however, potassium no significant effect on the starch content in the bulbs.4、The treatments of fertilizered phosphate0.1 or 0.2 g/kg soil and potassium0.1 or 0.15 g/kg soil have high content of soluble sugar, soluble protein, starch content, larger bud height and weight, lower MDA during cold storage. Those treatments of fertilizered phosphate0.1 or 0.2 g/kg soil and potassium0.1 or 0.15 g/kg soil have more active amylase activity than other during cold storage,its showed that these treatments have more active carbohydrate metabolism, in favor of the growth and development of lifting dormant buds.5、Comprehensive analysis that:those Lilium casa blanca. are better in photosynthesis, chlorophyll fuorescence characteristic, the quality of bulblets. So the suitable amount of phosphorus and potassium and in fertilization are 0.1,0.1 g/kg soil.
