Oriental Lily (Lilium 'Oriental Hybrids') cultivates long-standing, is popularizeddeeply by the world people. In recent years, the demand of Lilium 'Oriental Hybrids'Bulbs increases sharply, but the technology of bulbs production, breeding and therefrigeration processing were not formed yet in China, so couldn't supply the highquality business bulbs by ourselves. This dissertation was performed to investigate themorphological and physiological changes of oriental lily bulbs in long term storageunder low temperature, the humic acid and adds the calcium to process to the orientallily growth and the influence to the nutrient absorption, the physiological andbiochemistry changes during bulb development of Lilium 'Oriental Hybrids' (cv.'Siberia'). Through the experiment, verified the rules of morphological andphysiological changes of oriental lily bulbs in long term storage under lowtemperature, the influence of nutrient to the oriental lily growth as well as themechanism of physiological and biochemistry changes during bulb development. Itwill contribute the theoretic and practical meaning in the progress of commercial bulbproduction taken in our country. The main results were summarized as follows:1,During bulb development, the starch content increased from the vegetal period tothe bud time, but starch content tended to be in a drop process during before bulbexpanded time to expand time, then from the expand time to after bulb expandedtime, the starch content suddenly rises, finally was 649.53mg.g-1 DW. The solubletotal sugar and sucrose content in each stage were always in a process ofincreasing, from the after bulb expanded time to gathering, the content increasedobviously.2,The catalase and soluble protein content increased during the entire period of bulb development, increased fiercely during the after expanded time, dropped slightly in the gathering time. And the peroxide enzyme had no obvious change in the entire period.3,Compared with the endogenous hormone balance regulation to the lily bulb expanding development, we discovered that from the vegetal period to the before bulb expanded time the GA3/ABA ratio was at a drop condition. It may be indicate shoot senile and bulb expanded. During the after bulb expanded time, GA3 and IAA all had a short elevating process, we considered this time as a sign of carbohydrate acceleration shifts to the bulb in and the fierce metabolism activity.4,Add the humic acid and calcium to the lily cultivation nutrient solution, it has important influence to the growth of lily. It may remarkable influence lily's flowering season, cause the flowering season ahead of time, enhances the chlorophyll content of leaves, promotes root system's growth, and happens new root and the lateral root.5,From the humic acid and adding calcium processing experiment we also discovered that, from the abundant flowering season to end flowering season this process in, each processing proline content continuously is in the process which unceasingly increases, explained adult plant in vivo formed one kind of self-adjustment mechanism to resist the outside poor surroundings.6,During the first 2 months of low temperature storage, the terminal bud elongates fast, in the latter 2 months sprout hasten slow, when the bud away from bulb peak insufficient 1cm, still could pass through at least about a month low temperature preserve but not need to switch to frozen refrigerator, the new bud did not break through the bulb peak.7,During the first 2 months of low temperature storage, the starch content obviously drops, however in the latter 2 months, the starch content has a elevation phenomenon, and finally tends to be stable, which is good for the later grows of lily. As for the different location of scales, through 5 months of long term storage, the starch content of inner layer of lily is the highest, has surpassed the outer layer which of original starch content is highest. The content of soluble total sugar and sucrose along with the refrigeration time the tendency which lengthens assumes unceasingly elevates.
