Camellia oleifera is mainly distributed in our country,Camellia oil production of China accounted for 95 percent of the world’s output.Camellia oleifera has a long industrial chain,significant economic and social benefits, subject to government attention, financial incentive and policy encouragement.So as to good environment for the development of Camellia oleifera planting area in China has increased year by year, and the growth speed commence accelerated apperently, Camellia oleifera planting area reached hitherto unknow level.However,because of the enormous cost of Camellia oleifera fruit picking,human n costhas become the bottleneck hindering the rapid development of Camellia oleifera industry, become the weakest link of industrial chain.By using the method of mechaniza--tion and intelligent camellia fruit picking and become one of the critical path to solve differential development bottleneck.In order to develop suitable for agricultural machinery of Camellia oleifera fruit harvest, must studywell the service object of Camellia oleifera fruit and Camellia flower buds in the biomechanical properties, and besides this can provide a theoretical basis and reference for the agricultural.At present, the biomechanics between Camellia fruit and flower buds of determination is not mature,the lack of dedicated to data acquisition device and real-time measurement in the field, that is why not easy to conduct measurement experiment and biomechanical study of late,therefore te--urgently needs akind of portable Camellia oleifera fruit and flower buds bilmechanical measuring device.This topic around the biomechanical measurement system, carry out the following main work:(1) Quantities of literature and field investigation,detailed knowledge of Camellia biological characteristics of the growth environment, and analyze the oil-tea growing potential and future growth range, Put forward to harvest mechanization of the practical significance and economic value.(2) Using common types of biomechanical data load device to gain experimental data.Data analysis methods using box plots excluding extreme values in the data, after that analyze the mechanical properties of the sample case.Camellia oleifera fruit and flower buds of biomechanical value in the delineation of a certain range,the average value calculated roughly, provide comparison and reference for the follow up data acquisition.At the same time found inadequate measurement apparatus test, for the design and research of the portable biomechanical measurement device, puts forward the demand for practical problem.(3) To determine the overall scheme of biomechanical measurement system,mainly in the form of modular design, the whole is divided into the mechanical part, the transmitter section, PC software part and portable power module.Mechanical part, the entire system is mainly effective mechanical connection;The transmitter part is thedevelopment of software programs and the design of hardware circuit;The PC software part mainly relates to the use of the LABVIEW to develop appropriate software.Finally, integrated into a overall system,debugging, make it become a capable of practical data acquisition system.(4) Assembled successful correction of biomechanical measuring system,after that begin to carry out the biomechanical measurement experiment,collecting a large number of experimental data, data analysis and comparison, find the shortcomings in the measuremen t system and the need to improve the place, provides the direction and objective for further improvement.(5) Analysis of factors of instability affect the biomechanical measurement system,from the actual situation, find out the feasible measures can reduce interference. Stability and accuracy improvement of biomechanical measurement system, is mainly the method from the aspects of the hardware and the software combination.After the completion of the improvementd completion,and then carries on the sensible experiment and contrast,through repeated measurement of the same weight, observing whether consistent numerical identif--ication system stability; Through many times of test results and actual value comparison to determine the accuracy of the system.Through the test, the system that improves the sta--bility, accuracy meets the design requirements.In this paper, the design of biomechanical data acquisition system has good versatility and practicality, improved data collection efficiency, easy to explore the relationship between fruit and flower buds of Camellia biomechanics.
