| Aiming at specific circumstances in the field-work of actuation type disc plow, the dissertation researches into and works out a set of data acquisition system for disc plow six-components-force measurement based on the wireless data transmission. The system includes the design of software and hardware for acquisition equipment and the compilation of application for monitoring computer.The acquisition system adopts the AT89S51 as a controller and AD7730 as the core device for signals process, the latter is able to accept low-level signals directly from a transducer and outputs serial digits. The acquisition system adopts analog multiplexers CD4097 to extend Channel so as to accept 8 channel analog inputs. According to the magnitude of pull/press under measure, the system provides 8 different measuring ranges to meet the test requirement of disc plow field-work. The acquisition system communicates with monitoring computer through the wireless data transmission, so as to avoid inconvenience caused by PC's following tractor; moreover, the acquisition system will be steadier with another choice of wire-communications.Internet applications of monitoring computer adopts C# Language to develop, of which the interface is beautiful, folksy and easy to operate. Intemet applications is basically divided into three modules as follows:1. Communications module: to realize the communications with acquisition systemthrough MSComm communications control.2. Display module: to display simultaneously at multiplexing simulant quantitydynamically and intuitionistically in undee.3. Saving module: to save the acquisition data, which will be used later.Demarcated software of the transducer has greatly made demarcated operation of the transducer convenient, as well as to enhance the demarcated precision.Finally, feasibility of the design for hardware and software is verified by experiments and applications. |
