The distribution pattern of plant organs in the growth medium is plant morphology.Different plant morphology and configuration will have different effects on plant growth function.The study of crop phenotypic parameters and growth laws,especially the collection and data processing of crop three-dimensional spatial data,has very important practical value and theoretical guiding significance for observing crop growth status,high-quality breeding and improving crop yield.Through the collection of crop phenotypic parameters,the establishment of crop three-dimensional model can help people better understand and grasp the reasons affecting crop growth,thus effectively improve crop production,so the three-dimensional reconstruction of crops has a broad application prospect in agricultural development.The three-dimensional visual growth morphology of crops for effective analysis,to investigate the morphology and growth of crops through the process of 3D vision.The three-dimensional space data acquisition of crop plant structure is conducive to growth,crop crop coverage and crop height monitoring based on.The main research contents are as follows:(1)In this paper,the crop data acquisition platform is composed of Kinect somatosensory equipment,laser range finder,rotary table and data transmission module,and the hardware part cooperates with the PC configuration interface and sensor acquisition software.The acquisition system can be controlled by the PC to realize multi-angle color image and depth image acquisition.The depth information can be used to complete the establishment and supplement of the initial digital model of the crop,which improves the speed and integrity of the model.(2)The three-dimensional spatial structure data of crops are collected by crop acquisition platform and 3D digital instrument.Taking maize as an example,the leaf length,leaf width and leaf inclination of five maize varieties in different periods were measured manually and compared by virtual measurement.The parameters of crop plant type extracted by three-dimensional digitization can be used to analyze the growth differences caused by different varieties of crops and planting factors,which can provide help for three-dimensional reconstruction of crop growth morphology.(3)For the calculation of crop coverage,the multi-threshold image segmentation algorithm is mainly used.The image acquisition platform is used to collect the crop growth.Through extracting the green vegetation from the collected image,the coverage values of different crop growth stages are calculated,which can more accurately reflect the real crop growth and provide data support for crop production.(4)According to the crop height measurement mainly adopts laser ranging method.The laser rangefinder is installed on a triaxial platform.Crop height is obtained by data acquisition,data error correction,triangular geometry conversion and data fitting.Compared with the virtual measurement,the average error of crop height is 1.766%.This method is simple and convenient,and is suitable for crop height measurement.
