In this paper,using “Jinpeng No.1” as test material,with conventional drip irrigation andfertilization as control treatment, the test consists of five nutrient fluid drip irrigationamount increasing gradually treatments (T1, T2, T3, T4, T5),with the standard of T3treatment(the fertilization N-P2O5-K2O:610-270-1069kg·hm-2; the water:7500L·hm-2),nutrition liquid amount were floating up and down30%,50%. At the same time,1/d,1/3d,1/5d,1/7d (T1, T2, T3, T4,) four nutrient fluid drip irrigationfrequency were set, By themethod of soil culture of nutrion liquid drip irrigation, study the effect of thedifferent nutrition liquid drip irrigation amount and nutrient solution with different irrigationfrequency on tomato morphology, physiological indexes, yield and fruit quality, the mainconclusion are as follows:First,effects of different nutrient solution rate on plant growth, yield and fruit quality ofgreenhouse tomato1. Compared with CK, too low nutrition liquid drip irrigation amount will cause harm tothe plant stress, which is detrimental to the plant vegetative growth.This study foundthat, with increasing nutrient liquid drip irrigation amount, plant height and the plant drymatter accumulation (stem and leaf dry matter accumulation)were increasing, the variationtrend stem diameter and root dry matter accumulation amount were first decreased and thenincreased, the height, stem diameter, shoot and root dry matter accumulation amount of thetreatment T5were the largest, the plant growth was particularly strong, high dry matter aboveand below ground accumulation can effectively promote plant growth, leaf area and thephotosynthesis.2. With the plant growth process,the ratio of root and shoot decreased, the root andshoot ratio of the plants under stress during the whole growth period was affected,whichwould increase root shoot ratio of the whole period. In blossom and fruit period--the fruitharvest season during the processing plant,the root vigor appeared the trend of decreasingfirst and then rising. compared with CK, the nutrition liquid drip irrigation increased rootvigor in different growth period, during this period, root vigor of the T1treatment was themax, root vigor of T3was the minimum, fluctuation amplitude is smaller root vigor of T5at different growth stages. Reducing the amount of nutrient liquid drip irrigation will makethe peak of chlorophyll content appeared ahead of time, the treatment T1peak of the leafchlorophyll content was in the fruit enlargement period, the chlorophyll peak of the resttreatments appeared at the early harvest stage.3. With the amount of the nutrient fluid drip irrigation, the fruityield increased.Compared with CK,except T1, all the other treatments improved the fruityield, fruit yield of the treatment T5increased by61.14%, significantly improving yield..4. Compared with CK, nutrient liquid drip irrigation increased the organic acid contentand reduced the content of vitamin C,the total soluble sugar, vitamin C,solubleprotein, nitrate of the treatment T5were the highest, which were significantly different withother treatments.The content of soluble protein,soluble solids and nitrate were a trend firstdecreased and then increased with increasing nutrition liquid drip irrigationamount, the soluble protein and soluble solids content of the treatment T3were minimum, thenitrate content of T2was the minimum.5. Through comprehensive analysis of different treatments subordinate function valueson fruit yield and quality,the treatment T5was the best.Second,effects of different nutrition solution drip irrigation frequency on plant growth,yieldand fruit quality of greenhouse tomat1. The effect of different nutrient fluid drip irrigation frequency on plant height wasnot, but it affected significantly the tomato stem diameter, with the nutrient fluid dripirrigation frequency decreasing, the stem diameter first increased and then decreased, stemdiameter of the treatment F2was the largest, the plant growed strongly, and the test showedthat too long or too short nutrient fluid drip irrigation interval time could inhibit the dry matteraccumulation of underground part and promote shoot dry matter accumulation.2. Except F1, nutrient liquid drip irrigation improved the leaf chlorophyll content androot vigor to some extent at different growth stages,At the same time the test indicated thatthe chlorophyll peak content increased with nutrient fluid dripirrigation frequency decreasing, and the peak time was in advance with drip irrigationfrequency decline. Compared with CK, in addition to the treatment F1, the peak chlorophyllcontent of the other treatments were higher than CK. The maximum value ofeach treatment root activity appeared during the blossom and fruit period, root vigor of F1was lower at different growth stages, the root vigor of the treatment F3was higher. 3. With the nutrient fluid drip irrigation frequency decline, fruit yield was firstlyincreased then decreased, but the difference was not significant among treatments, comparedwith CK, the nutrient fluid drip irrigation treatments increased the fruit yield, fruit yield of thetreatment F2increased by46.07%compared with the CK.4. The nutrient fluid drip irrigation frequency decline, fruit total soluble sugarcontent appeared the trend of down up down, and the changes organicacid content was opposite to the changing trend of the total soluble sugar content, thisexperiment showed that the ratio of sugar and acid of F3was maximum. Compared withCK, the vitamin C and soluble solid content of different nutrient fluid dripirrigation treatments were lower than the CK, the fruit soluble solid and lycopene contentdecreased with the nutrient fluid drip irrigation frequency increasing.5. Through comprehensive analysis of different treatments subordinate function valueson fruit yield and quality,the treatment F3was the best.The treatment F3could maximizethe fruit yield and quality, so the F3was the best.
