| Nowadays,the quality of big tomato fruit produced by current cultivation model has been unable to meet the high quality needs of people,so exploring new cultivation method to improve quality of tomato has great demand and better market prospect.In order to provide theoretical and practical basis for production of high quality tomato in hydroponic culture,the experiment was conducted by nutrient film technique(NFT)to cultivate ’Fen tai lang’ tomato,exploring the effects on growth,physiology,yield and quality of hydroponic tomato by adding different salts to nutrient solution to increase EC value,adding different organics to nutrient solution,the length of time stopping nutrient solution supply coupling different concentrations of CaCl2 to nutrient solution.The main results of the test were as follows:1、Adding different salts to nutrient solution to improve EC value improved multiple quality of tomato fruit,but it increased blossom-end rot rate significantly.The blossom-end rot fruit rate of A(NaCl)and B(KCl)were much higher than that of C(CaCl2)and D(CaSO4 · 2H20).The yield of tomato was reduced by 17.59%(A)and 26.13%(B)comparing to CK respectively.And the improvement of fruit quality was less than the latter two.However,the yield per plant and weight per fruit of C and D were not significantly different from those of CK,and both of them had very close effect on improvement of fruit quality.It was analyzed comprehensively that adding CaCl2 or CaS04 · 2H2O to nutrient solution(1 dose units Japanese garden trial formula,The EC value was controlled at 4.0 mS/cm)was more suitable for production of high quality tomato in hydroponic culture.2.Adding stevioside to nutrient solution inhibited growth of tomato plant.Compared to CK,the yield per plant of d(stevioside 20mg/L)and e(stevioside 40mg/L)were significantly decreased by 11.99%and 10.91%respectively.While a(earthworm liquid fertilizer 50 mg/L),b(earthworm liquid fertilizer 100mg/L),c(earthworm liquid fertilizer 200 mg/L),yield per plant of those three treatments had no significant differences compared to CK.Also,treatments of adding organics to nutrient solution were unabled to promote the fruit yield and quality on the whole,so we did not recommend adding earthworm liquid fertilizer or stevioside to nutrient solution in hydroponic tomato production.3.There was an obviously interactions of A(the length of stopping nutrient solution supply time at night)and B(adding different concentrations of CaCl2 to nutrient solution)on tomato yield,also meant the higher the level of these two factors,the more obviously decreasing in production.Both A and B factors increased blossom-end rot fruit rate,and the level of A2(stopping nutrient solution supply 12 hours at night)made the fruit more susceptible to blossom-end rot,but the fruit quality of A2 was better than that of Al(stopping nutrient solution supply 9 hours at night)and A3(stopping nutrient solution supply 15 hours at night).Comprehensive factors were considered,A2B2(1/2 dose units Japanese garden trial formula,stopping nutrient solution supply 12 hours at night,adding CaCl?to nutrient solution,The EC value was controlled at 4.0 mS/cm)treatment was more suitable for production of tomato in hydroponic culture. |
