The aim of this survey is to discuss and summary the key step of blueberrycultivation techniques of Shandong Province and also analyze the present situation of thetechniques in Shananxi Province. Here is the conclusion on the survey of the blueberrycultivation techniques in Jiaonan area of Shandong Province, Qingdao City:1. Jiaonan areas is suitable for the Northern highbush blueberry, the order of varietalsuitability is that Bluecrop, Brigitta, Elliot, Reka, Duck, Spartan, Darrow, Coville,Bluegold,Northland, Polaris.2. The technology of blueberry seedling breeding is mainly tissue culture and rapidpropagation and most of the growth medium is modified WPM medium.Primary culture andsecondary culture are all kept under the temperature25±1℃, light intensity2500-3000lx,light time for16h/d and humidity45%-75%. Rootage must be taken outside the bottle.Andthe root should get the treatment of speedily dipping rooting agent with500mg/L,thetemperature30℃, and humidity50%, and foliar fertilizer1/1000.3. The main cultivation way is ridging and dense planting.
