China has been a famous pork producing and consuming country in the world for a long time.At present,China's pig breeding market is continuously expanding,and the form of breeding has also changed from the former casual farmers to the current large-scale centralized breeding.However,due to the development of centralized pig farming,some diseases will appear more or less during the breeding process.In this way,pigs cannot grow healthily.Among all the diseases,pig colibacillosis is the most common disease in pig farms.Its disease conditions are diversified and complex,which makes the production performance of pig farms decline and the economic benefits grow slowly.Secondly,the cost of pig farming keeps rising,causing many pig farmers to suffer huge losses.In order to understand the epidemic situation of common pig colibacillosis in Yantai area of Shandong Province from 2017 to 2018 and guide clinical prevention and treatment,this study was specially carried out.In this study,2017-2018 cases of colibacillosis were investigated in 18 large-scale pig farms in four districts of Yantai city in Shandong province.The results showed that colibacillosis was common in pig farms in Yantai.However,the infection status of colibacillosis among different farms and pig farms was different.The average incidence rate of yellow and white diarrhea in piglets in Yantai was 22.3±2.8%,and the mortality rate was 15.8±0.2%.Among them,the incidence rate of Longkou City was the highest?26.1%?,and the incidence rate of Muping was the lowest?19.7%?.The average incidence rate incidence of swine edema disease in Yantai was 7.9±0.7%,the mortality rate of swine edema disease was 6.1%-7.8%,and the average mortality rate was 6.9±0.9%.Among them,the incidence rate of Muping was the highest?8.6%?,and the incidence rate of Fushan District was lowest?7%?.Bacterial isolation and identification were carried out in 420stool samples,46 strains of colibacillosis were identified from them.Of the 46 strains,35strains belonged to 6 serotypes of O149,O20,O141,O8,O137and O87,and 11 strains were not identified.The results of drug sensitivity test showed that the isolated colibacillosis was sensitive to streptomycin sulfate,cefotaxime,kanamycin sulfate and ciprofloxacin hydrochloride,but less sensitive to spectinomycin and oxytetracycline hydrochloride.In order to effectively control porcine colibacillosis,this study tested the scheme of preventing and controlling colibacillosis with microecological reagents and self-made highly immunized serum.The results showed that the use of microecological reagents and highly immunized serum could effectively treat porcine colibacillosis.Porcine colibacillosis is one of the serious problems in the process of piglet feeding and management,and is also an important cause of piglet death,causing serious economic losses to China's pig industry.The purpose of this study is to understand the infection status of pig colibacillosis in our province and provide theoretical basis for formulating scientific and reasonable prevention and control countermeasures.
