The Ecological Security Assessment Study Of Shandong Province On The Soil Erosion Perspective

Shandong Province is a coastal province in East China, situated in the lower reaches of the Yellow River, including the peninsula and the interior of two parts. The province's land area is 156,700km2, it makes up 1.6% of the territory of China. Shandong Province is a strong province for its economy. And in recent years, the economy developed more rapidly. But follow the development of the economy, a variety of ecological problems appeared. The ecological security of Shandong Province has faced a serious challenge.Ecological security means the state needed by the development of a country or region with the environment without any destruction or threat. Among all ecological security study, regional ecological security research is the most important one. To achieve the regional ecological security system, we must coordinate the three aspects of the pressure of the ecological environment, the state of the ecological environment and the human respond to the ecological environment. So find out how to coordinate the three aspects, we may know the feature of the ecological security. Further, we may find out the general rule of the regional ecological security.Soil and water resources are the foundation of all life, also they are the basis to achieve the ecological civilization. Soil and water erosion concern not only resources but also environment. And it has become the most important environment problem in our country, it seriously hampered the process of ecological civilization construction. Soil and water conservation, as the principal sector of the Ecological Environment Construction, we must fully understand its position and role. Tightly around the goal of controlling the soil and water erosion, improving the ecological environment, promoting the economic development, strengthen the soil and water conservation construction, control artificial soil and water erosion, ensure the coordinated development of population, resources, environment and economic. Practice shows that the soil and water conservation is an important guarantee for the achievement of sustainable development, and it is a important way to promote the harmony between human and nature, it is the foundation work to build a moderately prosperous society in all respects.From the perspective of soil and water erosion, the article use the third soil and water erosion remote-sensing survey data and related statistics, conducted a preliminary analysis of ecological security of Shandong province. Through measure the Ecological Security Composite Index, use the spatial analysis function of the GIS, search the general rule of safety of the soil and water conservation in Shandong province, to finish the purpose of controlling soil and water erosion and guaranteeing the ecological security of Shandong province.On the basis of analyzing the Soil and Water Erosion Status and the economic and social development in Shandong Province, and on the point of soil and water conservation, we build the Ecological Safety Evaluation System of the Shandong Province. It includes three items layers, pressure from the environment,ecological state of the environment,human environment reflection .The indexes of the system contain population density, vegetation cover, the area of soil and water conservation measures and so on.In Pressure - State– Response model, use the Entropy-weighted Technique to quantify the status of ecological security in Shandong Province. And use the spatial analysis function of the GIS, calculated the environmental pressure index, index of ecological state of the environment and human environment response index. On this basis, we calculated the ecological security index of Shandong Province.After analyzing the results of the Ecological security index, we summarized 6 ecological security models of Shandong Province. At last, according the analysis above, We proposed some measures of ecological security in Shandong Province.
