The higher education of our country has been achieved by the "elite education" to "popular education transition. And it has entered a new stage from the quantity expansion to quality improvement as to increasing of the investment in education. However,the increasing university graduates is became one of employment difficulty population as the disciplinary structure adjustment has not adapted to conomic development transition in time.For the agricultural universities, the fact is though urgent need talents for the development of modern agriculture,but because major reform of agricultural is slowly, low-paid of agriculture employment, work hard and other factors that agricultural post talent lack of employment and agricultural graduates difficult to exist at the same time. Therefore, study on the influencing factors of employment difficulty of agricultural graduates from agricultural universities and the countermeasures have important realistic meanings.The research of this thesis Master’s has sponsored by the graduate innovation foundation of Jiangxi Province for the project "Research on predicament and countermeasures of Agricultural Graduates of Agricultural Provincial Universities"(Project number:YC2012-S056). By taking the provincial JA University as the research object.Research on employment situation of agricultural graduates through the questionnaire investigation. By using descriptive analysis and binary Logistic models to analysis the employment influencing factors of JA university. Study is divided into five parts. Conclusions:The enterprise (especially in state-owned enterprise) in metropolises coastal areas of East China has become the preferred choice of employment for most University garduates. Meanwhile, Age, employment prospects and expected salary have the reverse effect on going for the job does not match their specialty; Furthermore, The proportion of graduates gender and urban-rural ratio are become closer gradually; In a word, The employment prospect of graduates tends to a rational level.On the foundation of it, put forward the thesis proposes policy suggestions from government, employers, university and graduates. Policy recommendations are:improving government’s policy support, construction of the innovative talents cultivation system of universities, guiding employer in fostering correct idea of making use of personnel, searching for family support of graduates,promoting the employability and competition capacity of graduates.
