Automated production safety supervision and management system has a very important significance on improving production safety supervision efficiency. Especially for the enterprises which are constructed earlier, and still continues the system of manual inspection sheet reporting, the introduction of automated production safety supervision and management system can largely extent prevent the industrial accidents due to the leak of security risks. Production safety supervision and management system not only have to possess the basic monitoring functions, but also need to have the safety production management capabilities, and require the software can be operated by the management alone.To the point of above-mentioned questions, the intelligentized production environment monitoring system is designed in this article. Not only have the Management-oriented configuration function, so the supervisor can increase and decrease the quantity or adjust the parameter of the monitoring equipments, but also have the function of statistics, to fit the need of automatic management of safety production. Details are as follows:1. By analyzing the system needs and feasibility, the function and performance requirements of users are determined. The multi-managements of the operation permission are designed, and add the license operation for all levels authority. Design the technological route and overall development plan. At last the system and database concept structure are designed and improved on the basis of above.2.The monitoring client part uses the Visual Studio 2012 as development environment. A series of sub-regional model class for equipment management are designed, and set up pointer index for each device and the area. In this way, it can avoid the overhead caused by traversing equipment. By using ADO technology, Oracle database interface class is designed to provide back-office services support for system data storage and query statistics. The system is designed to complete device configuration faced management by using symbolic name of device in database. In order to improve the speed of displaying real-time data and reduce disk I/O, the management class of shared memory is designed, which is more efficient than database. The monitor client interface is designed by using MFC base class library, and Teechart is used to achieve real-time data display and historical data query functions.The communication services section uses Visual C++6.0 as development environment. A feature-rich and scalable custom application-layer communications service protocol are designed. And to improve the system instantaneity, a multi-threaded frame are used to design the communication service system. It is convenient to transplanted application layer protocol to STM32, the functional function syntax are close to Keil C code style.3. In order to found and resolve the problem may exist in the system, the test cases for each part of the system and different business logic function module are designed to overall test system. At last, the system is improved to solve the problems, which are founded by overall test.
