In recent years,tourism has been integrated into the national strategic system and become a strategic pillar industry of the national economy.It plays an increasingly important role in maintaining growth,expanding domestic demand,adjusting structure,promoting employment and benefiting people's livelihood.Since China entered the era of mass tourism,the number of travel agencies has been increasing rapidly.In the fierce competition,travel agencies have taken various actions of "breaking through the siege and seeking development".Guangdong Yueyou Company,established in 2018,has been committed to building an international first-class outbound tourism service platform to provide services for small and medium-sized travel agencies and companies.Its main products are the Thailand-based routes of tourism in Southeast Asia.As a start-up travel service platform in Guangdong Province,where the number of travel agencies and the intensity of competition are the most,Yueyou has always made it the top priority in its R&D agenda,i.e.how the company can stand out from many competitors and gain the advantages of survival and development.Therefore,the purpose of this paper is to formulate the development strategy of Guangdong Yueyou Company.The key idea is: under the guidance of the mainstream strategic management theories,and by means of the relevant tools of strategic management to analyze the macro environment,industry environment and internal environment faced by Guangdong Yueyou,this paper has formulated the development strategy suitable for the company,and put forward the corresponding strategic implementation plans and specific measures,set the strategic performance evaluation and control measures,so as to ensure the smooth realization of development strategy of Guangdong Yueyou Company.This paper points out that backward integration development strategy is the best choice for Guangdong Yueyou company to break through the current developmentdilemma.Its main contents are: to set up a grounding company in Thailand,to realize the independent supply of local tourism services in Thailand,and to form the core competitiveness of establishing "independent domestic sales channels and independent foreign grounding supply".Through the establishment of a grounding company,the development of procurement channels,the increase of product advantages and the exploration of customer market,we aim to obtain new revenue and profit growth point and break through the development dilemma of Guangdong Yueyou Company.
