Modern enterprise management centers on financial management,and financial management focuses on funds management.Funds are an indispensable basic element for production and management,funds management runs through all aspects of procurement,production and sales,and the level of funds management is related to the survival and sustainable development of enterprises,so the importance of funds management is beyond doubt.With the economic globalization and the continuous development of China's market economic system,the group-oriented trend of Chinese enterprises is increasingly obvious.As the enterprise groups in China generally adopt the multi-level corporate organizations,the funds management is decentralized and the feedback on the cash flow information lags,which is not conducive to reducing funds management risk or giving full play to funds utilization efficiency,the efficiency of capital management is low.Capital is the foundation of modern enterprise groups,which run through the whole process of operation and development,so mastering the funds is equal to grasping the enterprise's lifeblood.Therefore,for large enterprise groups,how to play the scale advantage of funds and improve the synergies of resources has become an important factor measuring the overall strength of modern enterprises.Looking back at the development process of well-known international enterprise groups,it is the inevitable choice for enterprise management to highly centralize funds management,and it has become the most important management tool for modern enterprise groups.Centralized funds management can make full use of financial resources,significantly reduce the costs of financing and funds use,and achieve the unification of security,liquidity and efficiency of funds use.In this paper,through the study of Lushang Group's centralized funds management,promoted the centralized funds management to more enterprise group so that the operating process and advantages of this mode can be more understood and more enterprise groups can realize the feasibility to establish centralized funds management.After a detailed analysis of Lushang Group's centralized funds management,it was found that the model still has deficiencies in practice,so this paper summarized the successful experience of a well-known enterprise in centralized funds management to provide a reference for the further improvement of centralized funds management,and put forward some suggestions for Lushang Group.Firstly,it expounded the theoretical basis for the centralized funds management of enterprise group and clarified the main modes of centralized funds management.Then it described the main contents of centralized funds management,combined with the case of Lushang Group to describe the status quo of its centralized funds management,and analyzed the main problems in its implementation and causes.Finally,it combined with the successful experience of Hualian Group in centralized funds management to provide improvement advice for Lushang Group.This paper consists of six parts:The first part is introduction,which started from the analysis of the background of centralized funds management,described the shortcomings of the traditional means of funds management,and pointed out that the traditional means of funds management cannot adapt to the development of some large enterprise groups and centralized funds management is needed.The second part is a description of the centralized funds management of enterprise group.It first introduced the basic concept,characteristics and contents of centralized funds management of enterprise group,and then analyzed and described the principle and main mode of centralized funds management.The third part is the status quo of centralized funds management of Lushang Group.It first introduced the basic situation of Lushang Group,and then introduced the strategic goal and operation mode of centralized funds management of Lushang Group.The fourth part analyzed the problems of centralized funds management of Lushang Group.It first analyzed the problems existing in the centralized funds management of Lushang Group,and then analyzed the causes.The fifth part is the experience of Hualian Group in centralized funds management.Through the introduction of the background where Hualian Group implemented centralized funds management,it analyzed the successful experience of its centralized funds management and provided a reference to Lushang Group.The sixth part is the improving measures of Lushang Group for funds centralized management.It put forward four suggestions for Lushang Group to improve centralized funds management.
