An Research On Using Public-Private Partnership Mode To Promote The Development Of Domestic Aged Career

Along with our national economic and social development and the change of population structure, in the end of the 20th century, the population aging society in China has the characteristics and trends of empty nest and high aged, which bring the huge pressure to aged career in our country. However, in view of the present endowment environment, vigorously promoting the PPP mode faces a series of problems in our country. Researches on how to make the PPP model apply to the domestic construction of aged career is very important. Which is very meaningful to complete national endowment framework and raise the level of our national endowment service supply, which can also alleviate the pressure of aged China. To alleviate the pressure of the aged China, we have to clarify the core issues of the problem, such as relevant departments should ensure have correct understanding of the PPP model and ensure that the government can provide effective policy support. To understand the aging population of China and summarize the existing undertakings for the aged at present, which is particularly important for advancing the pension business.In this paper, using case analysis and comparative analysis, in view of the status quo of aging society of China, summarizing the current situation and existing problems of domestic aged career, starting from the PPP model for applicability and necessity of our country, this paper comprehensively analyses the domestic and foreign successful cases and puts forward the specific measures for the existing problems of aging in our country Concretely, it includes several aspects, such as: Firstly, relevant departments should get knowledge of PPP as soon as possible. Secondly, government should promote the professional skills in the field of PPP as soon as possible. Thirdly, enhance the promotion of completing coordination mechanism enforcement mechanism for the PPP mode and pension project. Then improve the relevant market of PPP aged project. Then enhance the PPP law research and legislation work and promote the development of the PPP mode. Lastly improve the PPP related policy system.
