| An aging effect is becoming a problem around the world today. The ratio of population of elderly population is more than14%of the OECD compared to developed countries, so South Korea and China’s aging problem is not so serious. But the increase rate speed of these two countries are getting more faster than any other countries. Chinese aging effect rate is already got up to8.3%in2009, and Korea also got up to9.9%. These two countries are above the average compare to the countries around the world. If we say "aging effect", almost people think that it is the normal appearance, but there are more things behind that definition, especially the increase rate of the economy. The transformation of Chinese population is from older to getting rich. In2000, the Chinese people over age of65are the proportion population structure of6.8, which is about same percentage of world’s average. China’s aging population has reached up to8.3%, significantly surpassing the world average of7.5%. The Chinese is simultaneously becoming low with birth rate and aging rate, which arguably has entered the era of low population growth. Since1998, the Chinese total population growth rate is just below1%a year. It even reduced to0.5%in2012.9.4%of the total population of over65has entered the aging society. By2015the proportion of elderly population is16.7%, will enter the aging society. There is no way to stop aging or going back, which is to say that the developing stage of the demographic transition and the population age structure. It is rather than a certain policy, regulation and control policy would not fix the problems. And more importantly, if it is10or20years later our references for high income countries.How can we all solve this kind of problems?
