The automotive industry is developing fast in China, value chain is extending ceaselessly, and at the same time the position of the auto service is more and more important in the automotive industry. As the epitome of the auto service, the automotive repairing plays a particularly important role and it has flourished in the last few years. The development of the automotive maintenance make sure the proper use of automotive in the area of the field production and consumption, it has made great contributions to economic development, at the same time it has created many employment opportunities.Currently automotive maintenance market is not well developed due to unbalance of supplying and demanding. There are also other problems, like no standard operation rules, lower maintenance technology and short of talents for automotive maintenance. All these problems limited the auto service market fasting development, also impacted consumers’satisfaction and potential requirements. This thesis did analysis for Wuxi automotive maintenance market, in-depth dig out problems, and then provided suggestions for Wuxi Hao Qiang automotive repairing service Co.,Ltd. These suggestions can be a good reference for company’s well development.Wuxi Hao Qiang automotive repairing service Co.,Ltd is the first integrated automotive service company at Wuxi. It was founded at the end of 2007. This company has achieved good revenue and got certain portions of market share till now with 6 chain stores spread in each area of Wuxi. But with the customer number stable growing and operation scale enlarging, Hao Qiang met the problems. How to break the traditional management model, change strategy and improve the core compatibility is what the thesis researching and focusing.The structure of thesis is:Firstly briefly introduction of background of this thesis and the meaning for researching. Based on the strategic management theory and the reaching result, the author did analysis for Hao Qiang’s outer environment and interior environment. When analyzing outer environment, the thesis includes discussion of automotive maintenance market and competition status. The author uses PEST model and Five force competition model to get the conclusion of opportunity and threat. When analyzing interior environment, the thesis focuses on Wuxi Hao Qiang’s development background and operation status, also points out the necessity of changing Hao Qiang’s development strategy. Secondly, the thesis has SWOT analysis to get Haoqiang’s strength, weakness, opportunity and threat. Hao Qiang should make use of strength and opportunity to change company’s development strategy. Lastly, the thesis lists out the rule of strategy creation based on enterprise strategy theory. It also states action plan and implementation plan, including service, costing, management, union and human resource. It needs reorganizing resources to make sure efficiently implementation and continuously development for Hao Qiang.
