Broadband salary as a new compensation mode formed in the western developed countries during late 80 s and early 90 s of the 20 th century, when the whole world was in the global economic recession, the unemployment rate raising quickly. It was at that historic moment that broadband pay model was invented, and was applied to explore the transformation of traditional enterprise practice. The biggest characteristic of broadband salary is that,it is more focused on employees’ performance, ability, and their professional development, emphasis on seniority,compared with the traditional pattern of compensation,Practice has already proved that the broadband pay model can overcome the disadvantages of the traditional compensation mode effectively. It matches the “flattening” organizations, process reengineering and team management well; it also adds the company’s ability to guide the new strategic thinking. In particular, the advantages of the broadband compensation model are as follows:(1) It will benefit the growth of the employee’s ability and skills.(2) It is very conducive to employees’ career management.(3) It can help a lot to carry out the job rotation.(4) It helps the department manager to participate in the employee’s salary decisions.(5)It is very advantageous to the enterprise efficiency and grows into a learning organization.Based on SMZY company as an example, this paper use the existent compensation theory and research results, through the literature study method, system method, investigation method, and the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods such as broadband compensation are discussed. On pay, on the basis of relevant theories, using the concept of broadband pay for SMZY Company establish compensation system of applied research.This framework is roughly as follows:First chapter is the introduction part, first introduced the paper selected topic background, the significance of topics, research methods and contents, etc. And then, discusses the broadband salary system of the latest research results at home and abroad.The second chapter mainly introduces the theory related to this article, first is the hierarchy of needs, Herzberg’s two-factor theory, expectancy theory, equity theory of motivation theory; Second is about the compensation theory of interpretation, such as the nature of compensation, such as composition, the evolution of the compensation theory content; Finally, the core of the argument in this paper, namely, illustrates in detail the broadband salary theory, including the concept of broadband pay, important indicators, the design process and related parts. The above three aspects of theoretical summary will be later basis of broadband pay the concrete research, design and support.The third chapter, first, summarized the basic situation of SMZY company, and emphatically analyzes the company’s human resources management present situation, especially SMZY Company’s existing compensation system, and lists the original compensation system in SMZY in any of the company’s management practices, such as high employee turnover rate and so on a series of problems.The fourth chapter, from the research of the company’s compensation system improvement scheme, we concluded that broadband pay. In order to prove this point, it is necessary to further study the applicability of broadband pay system in SMZY Company and so on. Then, this paper demonstrates the company’s organizational structure, corporate culture and management foundation is consistent with the requirement of broadband pay. Next, began to specific broadband pay system design principles and steps, follow the scientific job analysis, job evaluation Heidegger, PLS process, and finally completed the SMZY broadband salary design scheme of the company.The fifth chapter on the design of broadband compensation scheme evaluation, and predicted the possible problems in the process of implementing. In view of the problem, these papers further perfect the supporting measures.
