The market plays a decisive role in resource allocation,which is the importance of the theory of market economy in the Third Plenary Session of the 18 th Plenary Session of the Party.In order to constantly adapt to the needs of market development,facing the increasing market competition pressure,State-owned enterprises need constant reform and innovation.Innovation is not only the innovation of products,but also the innovation of management concept and management system.At present,the common problem of "equalitarianism" and "ranking according to seniority" in state-owned enterprises needs to be solved,which directly leads to the lack of internal motive force and innovation ability of enterprises.The J company studied in this paper is a house construction enterprise with state-owned background.Based on the theories related to broadband compensation and post value theory,and combining the development strategy selection and human resource strategy of company J,this paper designs its broadband compensation system.First of all,this paper summarizes the theory of broadband compensation and the domestic and foreign research status.Secondly,it describes the current situation of compensation management in J Company,and through the survey and analysis of salary satisfaction,finds out the main problems existing in compensation management,and analyzes the reasons for its formation.Thirdly,through the feasibility analysis of applying broadband salary system to J Company,the applicability of Broadband compensation system to J Company is determined.Then,the evaluation system of J company's post value evaluation system position is designed and established.Based on the result of post value analysis,the salary point,salary level,broadband range of broadband compensation system are calculated and the specific salary structure design of J company is completed.Finally,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of broadband pay system,this paper puts forward the concrete measures to guarantee the implementation.This paper hopes to re-design the compensation system of J Company in combination with the related theory of broadband salary,change the customary thinking of "big pot phenomenon" and "arranging seniority according to seniority" in state-owned enterprises,and improve the attention to the individual value ability and achievement level of employees.Finally,improve the enthusiasm and initiative of the staff.At the same time,through the research on the design of J company's post value evaluation system,we hope that it can provide some reference for other enterprises in the same industry.
