Under the rapid development of economic globalization, in order to keep long term advantages in the fierce competition, the various enterprises in the supply chain would have to strengthen each other’s links by enhancing the mutual cooperation. Obviously, strengthen the management of supply chain which not only could meet customer needs but also could achieve the purpose of reduce time and cost. In an increasingly competitive market environment, customer demand is rapidly changing as well, together with the changes of all kinds of research and development technology, especially for manufacturing enterprise, supplier and the manufacturer must have to strengthen cooperation to work out a win-win development strategy in which could be survived in the fierce market competition then to seek a way out for the long-term development.Apparently, the cooperation with the supplier who is willing to establish a long term development with each other is one of the important parts to realize the goal of win-win strategy. Then the vendor partner selection and evaluation for enterprises has become into the one of the most important decisions in the supply chain management. So, the first step of establishing a mature supply chain in the enterprise is to establish a scientific and systematic supplier evaluation and selection system.First of all, the paper has made a detailed review on the literatures of supply chain management, procurement management, and the supplier evaluation, and then to make a brief discuss on existing problems, meanwhile, to introduce the importance of enterprise for supplier evaluation and selection. Based on comprehensive consideration on theoretical knowledge of establishing supplier evaluation index system both in domestic and abroad, then combine the practical situation of L Company and use the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method in the evaluation management system. Secondly, design the questionnaire survey by collecting suppliers’ evaluation factors of each department manager’s opinion, then use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to determine the weight distribution, and establish a more optimized evaluation model for L company suppliers. Finally, based on the conclusion of the research of the L company supplier evaluation, choose the suitable supplier who deserves to establish long-term strategic cooperative relations and propose the suggestions of improving their performances.The research result shows under the premise of seeking long-term partnership which has the vital significance on establishing a set of comprehensive, systematic, and scientific quantitative evaluation index system, which helps to make evaluation of suppliers who conforms to the long-term development with the company to establish a "win-win" cooperation model. The research work, not only could provide the guideline on supplier evaluation and selection for L company, but also could provide a more scientific way of thinking and suggestion for enterprise, which could help the enterprise to make evaluation and selection of suppliers, and by this way to establish long-term cooperative partnership, which also could help to reduce the comprehensive operation cost for enterprise, and to improve the competitiveness of the enterprise itself, in order to achieve the ultimate goal of long-term and healthy development for the enterprise.
