Strategic corporate guidance for modern enterprise development. Facing an ever active market economy, state owned enterprises must develop strategic corporate plans whiles inspiring employees to be innovative, creative towards constant changes of demanding market economy. Results of this study indicate future needs for better execution and management of company objectives.This thesis is divided into six parts:Part1of the thesis includes topic selection reasoning, statement of research background, domestic vs. foreign enterprise strategic research, an overview of Kunming Dianchi Lake Real Estate Co., Ltd.Part2of the thesis lists external environment factors including the central government policies, relevant Kunming Government policies, current overall economy as well as land development industries’ market analysis in order to formulate this strategic corporate guidance.Part3of the thesis list the internal environment factors including corporate culture, core competencies, human capital resources, finance analysis, comprehensive and clear rendering of the overall company condition.Part4of the thesis discuss the company strategic development and implementation, SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threads) analysis, planning and the development of strategies based on analysis of real situations.Part5of the thesis discuss strategic evaluation and control, the actual departure from company’s evaluation of strategic implementation and evaluation as well as objective descriptions. Company’s own unique adopted way of risk management methodology substantiating the current existence. This clearly demonstrates the usage of strategic evaluation of enterprise control.Part6is the thesis is conclusion and outlook:From this research-enterprise strategy process control is the key to protect the healthy development of enterprises. An overview in the deficiencies in the study shows further thinking about the next phase of home buyers studies need to focus on the problems as well as the core of this research.
