| Enterprise Development Strategic Plan is the basic expression of enterprise business development. It is the top management’s overall concept and plan for the development direction, action course and expecting result of the enterprise in a long term. Enterprise Development Strategic Plan is crucial to clearly define the industry, product and services, to optimize internal resource configuration and realize fast, healthy and sustainable development. China Railway Eryuan Engineering Co., Ltd (CREEC), as a comprehensive international business group, provides services on Survey and Design, General Contract, Overseas Project, Project Supervision, Project Consultancy, Financing and Investment, Real Estate, International Education and Training and Product Industrialization. Facing growing competitions from counterparts in China and abroad, CREEC needs to carry out systematic research for the enterprise development and come up with an applicable Enterprise Development Strategic Plan.The purpose of this article is to provide reference for the enterprise’s strategic decision making through research on CREEC’s Development Strategic Plan. This article is based on the author’s investigation and research on the features and current situation of the following industries in China and abroad, including Survey and Design, General Contract, Project Consultancy and Product Industrialization, which combines with author’s understanding and working experience in CREEC and relies on relative strategic management theories and strategic analysis methods to discuss CREEC’s development strategies and guidelines in detail. The author hopes the analysis method and conclusion of this article can provide reference for the enterprise when making development strategic plan. This article contains five chapters:1. Analyzed the enterprise’s competitive strength from the enterprise’s history and current situation combing with the present development environment and industry features.2. Researched and proposed the specific development strategies and guidelines for the enterprise.3. Further clarified the objective of the enterprise’s development plan through analysis and research on the development strategies.4. Clarified the enterprise’s "12th Five Year" strategy adjustment key points and implementation plan.5. Established specific implementation guarantee measures in the following seven aspects: perfect group management and control, innovate system and mechanism, strengthen technical creativity, work on team building, consolidate safety supervision, persist the principle of caring for people and promote Party building. |
